Nothing all was good

My shower did not work well. I told the staff and they said the would work on it or get me a new room. Neither happened. The elevator was broken for a while as well. This is not what I expect at this price point

The location is excellent, room is comfortable, small but cozy. Bathroom is very good. The lobby is nice and modern. In the bathroom, there was a bathtub - difficult to enter. Also, the room was for 2 people and there was only 1 hanger in the bathroom for the 2 towels. I also missed a frigobar .
-
There is no Door between the sleeping room and the bathroom.

The location is fantastic and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom shower was tricky to navigate.

Location was fantastic.

The location was ideal for seeing all major sights and access to local neighborhoods in the 6 th. There are 2 Metro stations within 10 mins walk. The area is safe and clean with lots of delicious restaurants and great shopping nearby. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff, in particular the concierge, Sanjay, was extremely helpful, professional and kind. The 24 hour desk was important for the late nights out and the complimentary espresso and teas and water in the lobby and in the rooms was a nice touch as well as the handwritten welcome note and chocolates. There are plush robes and slippers as well as all toiletries and options for laundry if necessary. There were several Christmas markets and New Year’s activities nearby as well. Wonderful family owned/ boutique hotel! The standard room with 2 twin beds was a bit too tight and did not have a mini fridge for some reason. The safe in both of our rooms was not intuitive and there were no operating instructions. The elevators are small in Europe and some travelers will find them too tight. One of our rooms was noisier than the other so if you are a light sleeper, request a quieter room. Other than breakfast, room service and a sauna there aren’t any other amenities. If you want a lot of amenities, this hotel is likely not for you.
