Situation I cannot stay longer

I did have a minor issue with my room initially, which was disappointing, but the wonderful team handled it quickly and professionally. They did everything they could to resolve the situation and even upgraded my room the following day, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Their excellent customer service really turned the experience around, and I appreciated the way they handled the issue. Nothing. I would definitely return back.

We loved everything about this Hotel. Mid-Sized Boutique Hotel with personalized Full-Service. Beyond the excellent Staff and Service, the Decor and Finishes were of the highest quality and amongst the best we have experienced anywhere in the world. The lobby, bar, breakfast area as well as the pool, sauna, and gym exceeded our expectations and are better when seen in person. The Location is Perfect. The St. Germain des Pres neighborhood still retains its Parisian Character.(as compared to the Champs de Elysee, which we regretted visiting during our stay) We have found a new home in Paris and are looking forward to our next visit! Merci Beaucoup! Nothing. Villa des Pres exceeded our every expectation.

Very friendly and polite staff. Very good isolation on the windows, even though you are in a very busy area in the heart of Saint-Germain you don't hear any noise from outside.

Very nice accommodations - rooms were comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were good. Staff was very helpful. Location was great and walking distance to nice shops and restaurants. Would happily stay there again. No complaints
