The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, especially Nourzed, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was spotless, the bathroom was very clean, and the view was absolutely amazing. Everything about the stay was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay here again and repeat the experience without hesitation! Sometimes in the corridor smell pees!

The location was perfect The bedroom was oddly situated on the stairs and the bathroom was just too small to be used comfortably. We were not given a choice of room on booking. The view said overlooking a courtyard! It was a building site. The bar was closed for residents both evenings we stayed. The excuse we were given was because the football was on but it wasn’t in the Friday and even on the Saturday it could have been open to residents. Poor excuse for a 5 star hotel
