They are not allowed to com to parking to help with the luggage - AC is not cooling in the room and if its cooling it will be hot in the morning

The location was superb, breakfast portions were generous and satisfying. Our bathroom reeked of a mold and mildew smell all throughout our stay. Even though the staff were aware of it, they only offered a temporary solution which was to use some air freshener to get rid of the smell for a few hours. It would’ve been nice to move us to a room where the bathroom didn’t. I’m not sure if the staff is aware of the severity of mold and what it can cause to one’s health. That is now one of the main reasons why we chose to move hotels a few days after our stay.

Note : ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) Emplacement : Le véritable point fort de cet hôtel est sans aucun doute son emplacement. Idéal pour visiter et se déplacer. Petit-déjeuner et Service : Le petit-déjeuner était bon. Un grand merci pour l'aide apportée le jour de notre départ matinal en nous préparant un "Express Breakfast". Chambre et Propreté : La chambre était propre, mais très petite. Malheureusement, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas pendant notre séjour. De plus, il n'y a pas de douchette de toilette (bidet spray). Points négatifs importants : Facturation : On nous a facturé la taxe de séjour (City Tax) à l'arrivée, alors qu'il était clairement mentionné sur Booking.com que les taxes et frais étaient inclus ("Included taxes and fees"). Cela manque de transparence. Personnel : Lors de notre départ à l'aube, nous avons constaté un manque de personnel évident : l'agent de réception était à la fois le serveur du petit-déjeuner et le bagagiste العنوان: موقع استثنائي ولكن يحتاج إلى تحسين في الخدمات والشفافية المادية التقييم: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) الموقع: موقع الفندق هو الميزة الحقيقية والوحيدة القوية له؛ فهو قريب من كل شيء وممتاز للتنقل. الخدمة والفطور: الفطور كان جيداً، ونشكرهم على تعاونهم في ترتيب فطور سريع (Express Breakfast) لنا في يوم المغادرة الباكر. النظافة والغرفة: الغرفة كانت نظيفة، ولكنها صغيرة جداً، وللأسف كان التكييف لا يعمل طوال فترة الإقامة. كما لا يوجد شطاف في الدورة المياه (وهو أمر مهم للمسافرين العرب). ملاحظات مهمة: الرسوم: تم تحصيل ضريبة المدينة (City Tax) منا عند الوصول، على الرغم من أن حجزنا عبر موقع بوكينج كان يذكر بوضوح أن "الضرائب والرسوم مشمولة" (Included taxes and fees)، وهو أمر غير مقبول ويفتقر للشفافية. العمالة: عند مغادرتنا فجراً، لاحظنا نقصاً شديداً في العمالة؛ حيث كان موظف الاستقبال هو نفسه من يحضر الفطور وهو نفسه من حمل الحقائب!

Very cute hotel, amazing location, and very friendly & responsive staff!!! I really enjoyed my stay No fridge in the room which was needed during a heat wave :) also the food options for room service were limited

The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Paris and enjoy the city. Every detail, from the rooms to the service, was thoughtfully done and exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special. I would highly recommend Miss Fuller Hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and I would definitely love to stay here again!

Loved my experience at Miss Fuller! Perfect location, close to everything at the heart of Paris and the restaurant at the property is just amazing! All the utilities are well thought out and arranged, not to mention the beautiful design of the art throughout the whole space. Soundproofing. You can hear the doors open/closing in the room.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and a very pleasant atmosphere. It feels both stylish and comfortable at the same time. I was truly satisfied with every aspect of my stay — from the ambiance to the overall experience. I would definitely come back again!

The staff and location… especially Ylann if I spell that right he goes beyond the definition of customer service, very welcoming now I understand why this hotel have many good review about customer service and specifically him. I want to thank him personally but wasn’t able to. All his recommendations are spot on and a must try. The whole reception team are great! -Grace None
