For the amount of money that we paid to be woken up every night in the middle of the night because we were sweating because the timer turned the air off and it took until the last night we were there for them to keep the air on all night was unfortunate. The staff was always friendly and lovely, but not sure why after the first night of complaining why they couldn’t have left the air on in the middle of the night but night five when we were leaving the next day it was left on all night. It put a damper on our entire vacation because we were so tired from not sleeping well. We couldn’t do everything we wanted to do so unfortunately we would not be returning to this hotel.

The location and staff were both superb. The included breakfast was well presented and ample. Many restaurants and Notre Dame in the immediate area. No issues.

It was very conveniently located, spacious and clean. The temperature control malfunctioned after the first day. We contacted the front desk a few times but it wasn’t repaired. The default temperature was 22 degrees and we had to open the window to sleep.

Shower leaked because of glass allowing water to exit over the bath floor. I slipped and fell.

It was centrally located in the city with multiple site within walking distance. It is clean, beautifully built, and very comfortable.
