The location is great, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The furniture in the room is extremely old, and it’s very very small room. Even though they informed us that they upgrade us, I can’t imagine what the room size would be if they hadn’t. The room is not very clean either. On top of that, the elevator stopped working the day we left, but they kindly sent someone to help us carry our luggage from the third floor I can’t imagine if they didn’t.

What a surprise. Great location by metro and rail. Not a far walk from lots of great restaurants. Room was really fun as it had windows on three sides. Elevator was on the fritz and would go to 2nd floor

Great location close to Montmartre and easy to get everywhere on the metro and train…the staff were very helpful and printed instructions for our travel Breakfast was not included

Nice clean rooms with comfy beds. I made a mistake when booking the hotel. Bad location for visiting the tourist sites of Paris. And the room was very small.

    Nothing Every thing

Decor in the hotel, elevator and room were pretty. The women who checked us in was kind. Shower was 24"x26" I am 5'11" and thin, my shoulders are probably 18" across so the shower was so tight. Could not shave, could not bend, could not move. Cruise ship showers are significantly larger than what was in this hotel and they are known to be small. The drain cover in the shower was detached and was always moving when stepped on., which was always an issue. The phone in the room and the safe in the room neither worked. I told the front desk and they said it would be fixed tomorrow... 3 days in a row we heard "fixed tomorrow.'. None of the items were addressed... they just really didn't care to make anything right. It also located right next to a train station which was quite loud.

    Variety of food options

  • Engine customer May 2026

The venue was beautiful and well decorated, the staff was amazing, the room was clean and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend ? The only negative point was the A/C who wasn't installed, but they are actually working on it, and it should be on by June, so other than that, everything is great ?

I did not have the breakfast. But the Tapas restaurant was delightful. The room was very warm. I had to leave a window open to sleep but that allowed flies in and noise till the middle of the night.

Great location, with plenty of food options around that are not “touristy”. A delicious bakery just around the corner, and the metro just 2min walk. Toilet was between wall and commode, and it was a bit tight and bathtub looked very worn despite being in a superior room.

The location of the hotel was quite good. And the public transport from the hotel was good. My stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing, especially considering the price-to-quality ratio. The shower head in our room couldn’t be attached to the holder because it was broken off. When we did manage to place it in the holder, it could only be positioned to spray directly into your face — there was no way to adjust the angle. This led to my girlfriend injuring her foot when the shower head fell unexpectedly. Additionally, the bathtub faucet didn’t work at all, so we had to fill the tub using the shower head — an inconvenient and uncomfortable workaround. The toilet was also in poor condition: the seat was damaged, and water would leak from the bowl every time we flushed, which was unhygienic and unacceptable. On top of that, our room key card stopped working four separate times, forcing me to walk back to reception each time to have it reactivated. Opening the door was a hassle in itself — you had to pull the door toward you, lift the handle, scan the card, and only then could you enter. All in all, the stay was filled with inconveniences that you simply don’t expect from a 4-star hotel. It felt more like staying in a 2-star budget hotel. Very disappointing, especially given the price and expectations.

    Very friendly staff

Great stay in a 4-star hotel in one of the safest, calm regions of Paris. The hotel was tidy, well-heated, with a big shower and bath. The interior was amazing, and the staff were polite and spoke English well. There is L line nearby to the bus from Baeuvis airport and there are metro stations just feed away to the city center or any site of Paris. You can walk from there to the Arc of Triumph easily. They even presented a welcome drink in their first-floor restaurant. There was nothing really bad about this hotel. Maybe the cleaning could be done better during the days, but other than that nothing to complain about

This is such a great neighborhood. Calm, but with lots of nice shops and cafes, and not many tourists. Pretty much perfect. Comfortable beds, ample bathrooms, charming decor.

Fairly central and easy to get around.

Very friendly English-speaking staff and comfortable clean room.

The room was quaint, cute and comfy, except for the excruciating heat . The staff is very friendly and accommodating- especially Mariam. The location was great. I would’ve given it 10 stars, but my refrigerator was broken during my entire stay and I found glass in the sink. However, the staff did accommodate us and allowed us to place our perishables in the refrigerator downstairs /not as convenient, but helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. N/A

Friendly staff We happened to be there on the two hottest days of the month and there is no AC on the property. It was a bit difficult to be comfortable at night

Excellent location for my needs, I've returned to this hotel many times. Good value for money. functional. Breakfast is ok, but scramble eggs or omelette are extra.
