    Very good value

The location was ok Room was exceptionally noisy. Not even because of the street but because of machines running next to the room, outside, and water passing through the pipes (w/o interruption). Sleeping without earplug was literally impossible. Shower, while present was excessively small. Card to open the room door did not work (but staff was helpful).

Is located near two beautiful parks, a sweet church (look inside) a couple of good restaurants and a train station that makes you 20 minute s from anywhere in Paris. Authentic Paris neighborhood, not touristy. My room was bright, clean, quiet and efficiently arranged. The concierges were all kind and helpful.

Communication with the staff was bit difficult.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Nothing They do not answer my messages. I can’t reach them. They don’t care customers

The staff's commitment to not apologizing was impressively consistent. A masterclass in indifference. If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel has completely redefined what a terrible stay looks like. First, the key card situation was a joke. It worked once and then failed every single time after that. I had to walk down to reception every time just to get a new one. It was like playing roulette with a key card that self-destructed after one use — beyond frustrating. But the worst part? At 10:45 AM — 15 minutes before checkout — a cleaner walked right into my room without knocking while I was completely naked. I immediately called the front desk,10:55AM at this point, and their response? “Checkout is at 11.” As if that somehow justifies walking into an occupied room before the checkout time. Where’s the logic in that? Even worse, they claimed the cleaner did knock, which was a flat-out lie. I asked them to check the security camera footage to verify what happened, and they conveniently refused. To make matters worse, neither the receptionist nor the cleaner offered even a hint of an apology. Nothing. I asked to speak with a supervisor — only to be told there was no supervisor on site, and that the only way to contact one was via email. Completely unprofessional. Between the broken door cards, the blatant invasion of privacy, the dismissive attitude, and the lack of accountability from staff, this stay was a disaster from start to finish. I’ve stayed in hostels with better service and basic respect for guests' privacy. Avoid this place at all costs — especially if you expect working room keys and the right to not be walked in on naked before checkout.

Good location, close to Champs-Elysee, also very close to the Monceau area (including park Monceau, one of the nicest parks in Paris), a beautiful and safe area of Paris. A short walk to Place de Clichy, a nice and lively area. Room was generally nice and comfortable. The bed was sufficiently large, clean and comfortable. Security deposit is written as 50 EUR on booking website, yet they took 130 EUR security deposit, without warning, the day before arriving. 6 days after check-out, this payment has still not been returned. Air conditioning in the room does not work. No water provided in the room - had to ask at the lobby for access to the downstairs canteen water. The bathroom was not close to the image used in the booking. My bathroom resembled a hole in the wall. The shower is the smallest shower I have ever used (not joking) - the configuration of the shower sliding door made it extremely difficult to get in and out. The check-in process was slow, I had to wait 30mins+ for the card machine to take my payment. Overall, this hotel is in a good location and has potential to be better. I would advise treating your patrons with more respect, being honest about your facilities, and perhaps start making small improvements to your hotel and service (a free water bottle would be nice in the room, fix the clock in the lobby).

    Exceptional

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

Great deal in the heart of Paris, it's fantastic. As for parking, there's one nearby, cheap for 24 hours.

  • Engine customer Mar 2025

Close to a metro station and restaurants. Quiet street. Decent room size. Very comfortable bed. Some extra dusting on top of things is needed. The soap dispensers badly need replacing. The shower cabin should be renovated. Cleaners didn’t leave extra toilet paper in the bathroom. No English-speaking channels on tv.
