The friendly and helpful staff. Location for visiting Montmartre, Sacre Coeur, Moulin Rouge etc was ideal. Access to the local buses was very close. For a PMR disability room it lacked a safety alarm system and the floor was heavy carpet, not good for wheelchairs or portable hoist. The ramp system for access to the hotel was willingly done by the staff by pressing the bell but it caused a loss of independence to freely come and go.
