the staff at the reception desk were fantastic. It was one guy's first day, and even he was super professional, knowledgeable and super helpful in all aspects.

Great location in the 9th district right next to the Pigalle metro station. The staff are friendly and professional, they speak French and English. The decor was very interesting and had a unique vintage look. The room had plenty of amenities including a mini fridge and an espresso machine. The building itself felt dated, in particular the elevator was very old and spooky. The room was a bit cramped, although this is to be somewhat expected for a hotel in the city. The room had no air conditioning, and while staff did provide us with a fan it did little to cool the room in the August heat. The bathroom was in serious need of renovation. The knobs in the bathtub and shower were broken, and the water pressure was so high that we made a mess every time we used it. Finally, the location surrounding the hotel had a large number of stores openly selling adult products. I do not hold it against the hotel, and it did not detract from our experience. However, if you are traveling with children it is something to be aware of.

I like how it looks like antique but pretty , excellent attention , sustainable breakfast and nice view for the balcony. I would have preferred to have a better working air conditioner.

Each room was based on a different French Artist. Although room sizes were smaller than images shown as they were the top floor suites. First night the lock and door handle to the bathroom broke and fella off. They couldn’t fix that night so a repair man fixed the next day. The air con was broken in the hotel since June and they said they advised agents but we got no notification, with 35c temperatures it was too hot, window open left you with the noise outside all night of the homeless people and drunks.
