We loved absolutely everything about Hotel Masse and had an exceptional stay. From the warm welcome on arrival to the incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The beautiful artwork, spotless rooms, and overall attention to detail made us feel truly pampered. The location was equally fantastic, surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cosy cafés, and lively bars, all with a genuine local atmosphere. It was the perfect place to experience the neighbourhood. Would highly recommend Hotel Masse to anyone visiting Paris! -

Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone! Lovely staff, yummy breakfast with the freshest fruit we've had in France yet, Super clean, great area :) We wish we booked an extra night but it was understandably booked out. Nothing!

So glad I chose this hotel! Close to a few different metro and bus stops and it’s within a reasonable walking distance to Galleries Lafayette. Lots of cafes and restaurant in the area. And very importantly since I visited during summer they have very good air conditioning. Breakfast was rather simple but very tasty. Staff were also very nice. I was a little confused about how to signal to ask not to be disturbed since they only have two different coloured strings on the door with no markings. But no big deal since I was not disturbed.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Location was easy to get to all the metros Connecting Rooms didn’t have a door between the room, it was the hallway outside the bedroom that had a separate door to connect, wasn’t what I was expecting but it worked out
