Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Room was a bit small, but I guess thats just Paris

In the area we needed and was close to metro stations On arrival the staff sit behind a glass reception felt very unwelcoming and boxes everywhere, could do with decorating as looked dated

Location of hotel great to visit Montmartre and Pigalle area, in a relatively quiet small street - lovely staff, very welcoming and helpful - we were fortunate to have a room on the back Thin walls, you hear everything in nearby rooms... bathrooms would deserve a renovation / repair (shower sliding doors)... loud air conditioning at night... breakfast until 10am only, not fitting if you want to enjoy nightlife in Paris... cleaning staff already active at 9am, not easy to sleep long... and changing the washing powder of the bath towels would be welcome, they smell strongly like hand soap, the whole room had an annoying smell because of that, impossible to get rid of... easy to fix!

The room was spotless and maintained throughout our stay. The staff were delightful and cheerful. The location was situated close to the metro, with restaurants and shops surrounding it. My only gripe was the air-conditioning couldn't be regulated in the room, but otherwise is was fine.

The location was nice not far from subway easily accessible The staff is very nice and helpful We could leve the luggage at the reception on the last day A bit noisy in front there is a bar and our window was looking at it Extremly small bathroom toilette space is really small you can not turn in the shower Airco worked only a bit in our room we had a ventilation but it was way too hot The breakfast was very simple and not fresh, bread was dry not from the same day and maybe due to the hot weather but the jam turned to rotten and it cause problems for my son in his stomach

It was a fine hotel but wtf The man at reception literally contacted my husband privately to invite him to come hang out with him and two 20 year old Polish prostitutes after I left. So I'm not sure what kind of a hotel this is supposed to be but I wouldn't suggest to stay there either as a solo female traveller, or with your partner. Obviously won't book here again cool location though.

The staff were so accommodating and cheerful and lovely, perfectly entertained my terrible French and let me work in the lobby and made sure I had nice cold water even after I’d checked out. Breakfast was way better than I could have expected for the price point, I’m in Paris a lot and have stayed in many hotels and when I return for work or leisure I will try to stay here again. Lovely experience as a solo traveler - also excellent air con!

Very clean, comfortable bed and powerful shower. Very welcoming greeting on arival Room was a little compact but that didn’t matter

Everything was as promised. Small rooms, but clean and comfortable. The manager was very helpful, which we are thankful for. We were in the middle of the heatwave, the aircondition worked, but had a hard time cooling enough - the manager had a fan put in our room, it made all the difference. The breakfast had everything we needed. Nothing

It was a perfect nice cute , clean hotel in a best location near metro , close to every place Nice and helpfull staff The room doesnt have enough space for luggage No kettle in rooms , but there is in a lobby And they didnt mention us there is a resturant down floor Anyway it was so good
