Everything were perfect

Cold AC, comfortable beds, and great location! Nothing

The location was good. It was close to a metro stop. The carpet was dirty. I asked for clean towels and never got them.

The property is totally renovated and decorated with good tase. The reception staff were nice and helpful. Everything was proper. I definitely recommend.

Very small apartment, bathroom and 150 cm bed for couple

Great location, the place is lovely, clean and with the enough space. I would definitely go back there on my next trip to Paris Nothing so far

Well, this is really good option to stay in Paris! - good location - next to 3 metro lines, central - clean and tidy, comfortable bed and the sofa bed was really easy to extend and comfy - the kitchen was good equipped and the coffee maker is such a great option for mornings - very easy and flowless check in and check out process, also the communication was smooth and in time - baggage room where you can store your luggage the first and the last day of the reservation - supermarkets, restaurants and good! bakeries very close The only thing I can mention here is the sound from the metro which could be little disturbing in the morning for light sleepers, but can't say it was too loud

The bathroom door barely opened because it hit the towel dryer and it blocked half the sink. We couldn't stand at the sink to brush teeth. Maybe switch the hinges so it opens differently! Price was high given the lack of personnel and amenities available on property.

All over - staying in this hotel was very pleasant - very good location, very comfortable bed with excellent linen and pillows, very good shower, roomy, bright, quiet; most of my communication with the staff was online - but there was someone from the staff in the lobby - always nice and responsive and helpful (because I stayed 2 weeks some logistical issues needed to be solved - and they did)). I loved this place. The lobby was not up to the 8.8 on the Booking - not welcoming, empty water tank, plastic greenery, unloved; the paper in elevator about emergency was printed on A4 paper, crumpled, stuck to the wall with the tape; the carpet on the landing of 5th floor was so stained and dirty I loved this hotel where I lived 2 weeks - and it painted my heart to see how shabby it feels

Clean apartment, comfortable bed and room No staff , no receptionist after certain hours, no drinking water sold, no cleaning or housekeeping
-
I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience at the hotel.

The beds were not spotless, there were human hairs on all beds. There were many phone customer service reps, some of them were rude.. too many hoops to jump through to check in. I almost got my car towed for parking right in front to pick up my luggage, I had to pay 150 euro for them to release my vehicle. The overall experience was way expensive for what it was... I wanted top notch, I got semi-below average.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff, Ali and Yasmin - were incredibly helpful. I felt very secure with the coded access required at multiple points to reach my room. The room itself was comfortable and well equipped, with a small kitchen, a bathroom, and even an extra sofa bed. It’s excellent value for money and located in a great neighborhood. I walked to Sacré-Cœur every morning, which was only about a 10-minute walk, and there are two metro stations nearby, making it very easy to get around. As this is an apartment-style stay within a building, there is no daily room cleaning or room service, and extra towels are available for an additional fee. I personally didn’t mind this during my week-long solo stay, but it’s worth noting for guests who prefer hotel-style services. The only minor downside was that the bathroom sink is quite small, which made washing my face a bit tricky without splashing water. Other than that, everything was great.

When aged 60+ guests r coming, it has tobe ensured that the room can be in 1st floor or less or with lift facilities

The staff was very welcoming and extremely pleasant. I loved the studio. It was perfect for two people and the location was nice. Also, following a long flight it was nice to have a driver waiting to take use to the property.

Nothing.

The place is nice, near to Saint George and Pigalle station You don't find small gifts or extras like water, fruit, cookies, or a bottle of wine. These are things tourists appreciate and don't cost much.
-
Clean and modern property with comfortable beds I could hear and feel the metro day and night especially at night that doesn’t let you rest and also there are rats climbing on the roof of the inner yard which opens into the apartment and I could hear them at night

The location is very good and close to many places like the train station and the Asian receptionist is extremely nice and helpful to us in many ways . The room was way too small to accompany my family and they showed us a room and gave us a different room .
