Hotel is located a very short walk away from the metro. Surrounded by lovely bars and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke perfect English so communication wasn’t an issue. The little touches the add throughout our stay made it even nicer! We had an unfortunate leak in our room, and within 10 minutes of reporting this we have been moved to a new room with no issues whatsoever. This was of no real inconvenience to us but the staff still made sure, over the next 2 days of our stay, to check we were okay and there were no issues with our new room. Would definitely stay here again due to the friendly staff and fantastic location. As we were leaving, we were told about other locations in the UK the Experimental group have which we weren’t aware of! Would also recommend eating at the restaurant attached, we only had breakfast and wished we’d had planned to have dinner as the food was delicious! Nothing to complain about!
