We received a very warm welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities are not five star, but it was comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. We had to book last minute because of a problem encountered at another venue, and everything was ready and organized for us when we arrived. Everything was in order. No complaints.

Standard room is slightly bigger and the price is lower than in other more prominent places in Paris. Location is only interesting for concert not really for sightseeing. Metro station Hoche in walking distance. During breakfast, cutlery was frequently missing and had to be requested, and refills of tea or pastries were slow.

The location We didn’t like the fact that the receptionist was rude . Made fun of us after going up and down 3 times because our door key was not working . Then put us in a room next door in the dark (no key no electric) for him to find a way of opening this blocked door with all our belongings in there . May I just add we didn’t get in to the bedroom till 2am considering we turned up at 12am . Then proceeded to put us in a different bedroom with you not the room booked (smaller bed) (uncomfortable) and to add to this we had a look round the room and the bed , the bed was full of hair .
