The staff were nice and friendly. The location was very good. We asked for a baby crib and it was placed in our room before our arrival (which were not the case in many other hotels that we booked earlier). The parking driveways was not as narrow as typical french parkings and it was nicely accessible. The gym was old but clean. The carpet in our room was dirty (sticky because of the coffee spills all over the intree and toilet floor). We informed late the receptionist about it, so they couldn’t fix it immediately as there were no cleaning staff available at that time (around 6 pm). We received slippers for temporary solution. But the floor wasn’t being cleaned the second day of our stay as well (but anyway it wore off somehow after we walked several times over it. The lift was small (there was just one small one for the front wing) so we had to wait long and eventually hardly fit in with our luggage and baby stroller.

Everything went great during our stay. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and clean, staff was amazing. They answered all our questions in a courteous way. That includes the front desk staff, cleaning staff, and cafeteria staff. Location is great. A few minutes walk to the Eiffel tower. There's a train station in front of the hotel. We could see the station, but we didnt have any noise issues. The area was also great to walk to cafes and restaurants. Felt super safe walking around and coming back walking to the hotel even past midnight. Will stay here agin iif we come back to Paris!

It was clean and near to Eiffel Tower No slippers, it was mentioned that is only for superior rooms, we asked if we can pay but than we were informed that they don’t have at all…

Good size room, good location

Feels dusty and stuffy.

The hotel had a dumpster sitting next to the entry, it was small, appeared dirty, and the room was small, dark, and looked dirty (even tho it was clean). There was barely room for our suitcases to fit in the room without tripping over them. Disappointing!

We had a fabulous girls trip here. The hotel was great but it was the staff that really made it special. All the correspondence before we came was always so quick to answer questions and when we were staying they were all so lovely to us. Amazing customer service! We also had a little welcome note and gift in our rooms which was such a lovely touch! Would highly recommend this hotel. Special thanks to Camille and Sam xx

Everything! Location, friendly and very accommodating staff, very clean, great food options Smoking right outside the doors, so we had to walk through smoke every time we came and went.

The A/C does not cool enough

The location wasn’t ideal — quite far from the main attractions, with the Eiffel Tower being the only notable site nearby. Although rated as a four-star hotel, it felt more like a lower-category property. The facilities were quite run-down, and the elevator was out of service during our stay, forcing us to use the stairs. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

hotel reception staff. One in particular was arrogant, lazy, careless and not helpful. He would not offer any guidance on surrounding areas and screwed up our early morning taxi reservation. Receptionist was very helpful and courteous.

Great location across from metro and near the Eiffel Tower.
-
Room size comfortable and new with nice bathroom. The lift stopped walking and we had to carry heavy suitcases down 2 floors.

It was very close to metro station which made our trip easier around paris. Staff was kind and helpful. The elevator is just horrifying and beds are not so comfortable.
