Location Hotel condition

There was a lot of mold in the bathroom walls and very old towels

No elevator.

Good location walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Overall clean facilities and friendly staff. Room is clean and comfortable. No elevator - stairs are steep and you must be careful not to fall, especially if carrying heavy luggage. A bit risky if you’re older or have difficulty walking.

Desk staff was amazing, the gentleman that was there for our brief stay was very helpful and nice. Helped us with taxi's and gave us coffee even when the breakfast room was closed. No elevator was a little bit challenging, I'm glad that we travel light and only had a small suitcase and a backpack. Definitely not for someone who is physically challenged.

Closer to everything, Bus, Train and Restaurant and Grocery store. Shuttle to Airport CDG at anytime. I like and love the property

The staff is excellet he let us check in earlier because we are come from long travel No garbage can and cleanliness of the utensils

The hotel didn't have elevators and it was difficult to carry luggages to higher floors.

Bathroom was a little bit moldy, there is no elevator in the building.

Friendly receptionist and helpful , room it’s ok for short stay or on a budget , walking distant to Eiffel Tower No lift to carry heavy luggage

Disappointing

The location is perfect, very close to the Eiffel Tower and the metro. The room was clean and had everything we needed, the staff was very friendly and helpful, Fabio at check-out was very kind and helped us find our way to the airport. I definitely recommend this hotel

Very good

Staff were very friendly. No language issues. Bed was comfortable. Great location. Booked double room but it was on 5th floor with no lift, offered twin room on 1st floor which we accepted. Serious mould issues in bathroom. Large areas of paint peeling off the wall of bedroom. No facility to hang towels to dry after use. Large old style windows that had no option for small opening...rather all or nothing. Air con was noisy, but did work. Carpet on stairs threadbare and potentially a trip hazard. No kettle in room {didn't expect tea/coffee - we took our own}.

The dog at the hotel was a joy to be around. There were cups abd tea bags but no kettle. It didn't bother me but maybe for someone else it would. No signal on TV but I didnt need it. No hairdryer but weather was warm so that was fine

We had a great time on the hotel and it met our expectations especially because of the great location and comfort. Besides that we also had 2 amazing receptionists (Fabio and another man who's name we don't remember) who were really helpful during our stay, wether it was with tips of places to go or just having a chat with a local parisian which was a great plus in our eyes. It was the first we had such interactions with the receptionist, it was a truly blessing! It made our experience memorable! Also, the bed was really COMFORTABLE!! Sometimes we heard noises from the ventilation, which was not nice when we wanted to sleep. The only thing I would add to the room would be a balcony and a better view. It was a little expensive for two nights.

Very good

Location. The staircase was very dirty, there was no light, thus we needed to use phone flashlight to climb the stairs. The room was dirty, there was mold on the walls which is very dangerous for ones health. Also there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to ask to get it.
