I absolutely loved this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, 10/10. The room was spotless and well organized, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast was reasonably priced, with fresh food and everything prepared and presented with great care. The location is excellent, right next to the train station, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, and surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Despite being so convenient, the street is quiet and peaceful, with no noise. The elevator is a huge bonus, especially after spending the whole day walking around the city! Every member of the staff, without exception, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. I stayed here during my trip to London and came back to stay here again, and I will definitely return whenever I have the chance. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved this hotel! It can be very difficult to find properties that accommodate 3 guests in Paris (parents traveling with teen). We were delighted to find that the hotel had upgraded us to two adjoining rooms during our stay. This made for such a comfortable experience! Overall the staff was great, hotel was beautiful, and rooms were exceptionally clean. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Excellent! The road the hotel is situated on was nothing to write home about, but it is overall a good location and very walkable to many sites. There is a food boulangerie across the street which was very convenient.

Location and Breakfast

The property was close to the Metro, walking and viewing distance of the Eiffel Tower & the staff was friendly. There was a slight odor coming from the bathroom our last day. It had to be a plumbing issue. Also, we dropped off our bags the first day there to go sightseeing because we arrived before the room was ready. I thought our bags would be in a secure location but they were in the hallway. Didn’t appreciate that.

Great Location and very organized staff. Nothing

I had a view of the Effiel Tower from my room. I could even see it laying in my bed. I love how close it was to the Effiel Tower. I took only 1 metro bus to get there. It was also only 1 block away from the Train Station. There was no heat & I was freezing in my room.

Clean and the staff was very courteous. Also we loved the bakery across the street. Rooms very small and showers did not drain properly.

Location & Clean. Elevator

Friendly and helpful staff. They wrote me a card for my birthday and gave us some chocolates it was such a special card I will be keeping it for my scrap book with memories. They only had one elevator which was small and the stairs were very narrow but over all the hotel was very nice. We liked everything about it.

Wonderful place. We had a great time, and the location was perfect.

Spacious room for Paris. Well appointed. Clean and charming.

We liked that it was not a typical corporate hotel but had more of a bed and breakfast type feel…plus the location was great and had a beautiful view of Eiffel Tower from our room.. The room was small but I suspect that is pretty typical for hotel rooms in Paris

Loved it Nothing

The welcome was OK. We definitely did not like the way we were snubbed when we asked for an upgraded (we were ready to pay) room with an Eiffel Tower view. I guess her name is Emily. Rest of the staff was awesome to deal with, the property was clean. Good housekeeping, Near to the tower and nice eateries around. They gave us an 8/10 room with 3 beds. There was absolutely no space to move, forget about opening the suitcases. We had 3 suitcases. We had to open suitcases on bed. Wait in a queue to get dressed. Once one person was done, we had to go out to allow the other person to get ready . Washroom was a 4/4 with a tiny shower cubicle. This room should not have been sold to us. It's meant for 2 adults max with an infant. Extremely disappointed with the booking.com guarantees. This one was once in a lifetime trip for us. We certailnly hoped it to be better. We really hoped it could be better. City view is a hole in the wall to a tiny street
