Hôtel Eiffel Saint Charles

Clean and modern. Rooms bigger than your average room Dustbin in room was small. Would have liked more water, coffee in the mornings.

Room super tiny. Breakfast was just okay.

The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The hotel is clean and well maintained and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and, if you don't mind a pleasant 45 minute -1 hour walk, the Louvre and Noire Dame. Everything was good. Room was small but that didn't bother us.

Breakfast was great for a traditional "French" breakfast. My room was a bit small, but my friend's room was bigger. No closets in either room, just strangely placed hanging bars. It had an elevator, although it was small and did not sound like it was in good shape. Bathrooms were nice, although small(er). Seemed to be recently renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful, except that they gave away my room key to someone else. It took about 24 hours to figure out the problem. Not a bad thing if an electronic key, but they use old-school keys, so I was a bit worried about safety. And we asked staff members we met about parking garage options in the area, and none were able to provide correct information, only unhelpful, vague guidance.

So close to the Eiffel Tower. The walk took about 15 minutes. The room was a little small, but that’s to be expected. I didn’t mind.

Our room was big enough for the three of us and I like that our bathroom is always clean. Our room and bathroom!

The room was cozy, just right for us as a couple, especially in Paris. It was spotless and lovely. The AC was a lifesaver during this week’s record heat. The hotel staff were fantastic, and the location was ideal- right near the Eiffel Tower, with easy access to transport and plenty of shops and restaurants. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked wonderful! Nothing at all. Would definitely stay again.

The guys on the reception and during the breakfast are extremely helpful and nice. Everything was clean. Breakfast is good. The noise from the guys who live in this building, I heard them pretty loud. The size of the bathroom. But it’s normal for Paris.

Nothing really- as it's Paris everything was on the small size- lift, room, etc. but have done a very good renovation in an older building.

Size of room. Nowhere to put luggage.

You can easily find the house thanks to its blue door and its location on the corner of the street. The rooms are really quiet at night. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very nice! The first floor rooms have a really nice terrace to sit outside There is a central heating system and you can’t change the temperature of your room. So it was a bit hot for my liking.
