Safe location, near metro. Mold in bathroom, outlets very far from bed, door didn’t have deadbolt so we felt unsafe, no air conditioning, staff not friendly or helpful.

Perfect location Little bit small room, very tiny elevator

Location was fine There was a terrible urine scent coming from the restroom. To the point that I couldn’t even take a shower before I checked out. It was awful.

The rooms have no air conditioning, and it was hotter inside than outside in 40-degree weather. There is a restaurant below the hotel that had a party until the early morning hours. The guests were unbearably loud, and even after 2 a.m. they were popping balloons. Sleeping was almost impossible.

About the carpet

The rooms, they're so small, more than expected, there's no AC, the walls are made of sheer rock. And you can hear everything that's going on in the neighbors' room. The second night especially, there was a fight in the next room. It was horrible. I would not recommend this property.

Exceptional location - few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower; exceptional service - every staff is courteous and customer-centered, very proactive and genuinely friendly. The hotel is a bit dated but very very clean.

I liked 2 things: customer service specially Michael. He helped me with wifi that did not work in the room. He provided a comfortable space at the hotel to do some work during the evening. He listens to customers and he genuinely cares. The second thing is that the hotel is close to the eiffel tower and train to go to other touristic places in Paris. The room and bathroom are too small.

There is no AC, the room is so small, no facility not refrigerator. The room was horrible and we changed the hotel immediately
