Price and location Conjunction room and no silper for bathroom

The staff was not friendly. The elevator stop working my family stayed 2 hours on the elevator waiting for the technician. I lost my cruise tickets that I spent a lot money waiting for the technician. Nobody care . Not emphaty on the staff . I felt careless on this hotel.

Beds were comfortable, very good local area, navigation is easy because the buses are close and so are the metros, room was nice and very clean, good food as well!

The elevator was not working, and I was required to take my heavy luggage down myself from 4th floor. Staff refused to help with this

The property was nice, clean rooms. The staff is amazing so helpful and courteous Nothing everything was good, the size of the room there ok, most of the time you are outside.

It was clean although our room was not vacuumed for 2 days. Close enough to a Metro station but…Meh… Close to one METRO but apparently that particular location doesn’t operate on weekends or maybe there was maintenance being done over the weekend we needed it. The breakfast was a typical buffet but limited GF & vegetarian options on the weekend. The Monday breakfast person made sure that GF bread was available the next day which was our last of a 4 day stay. The fruit was cut-up fresh cocktail and looked…meh.. The first day the scrambled eggs and sausage were cold. And, breakfast is served in a cave which was hot and stuffy. Although there was an AC unit, it was not turned on. The hallways and elevators were unbearably hot but after 20-30 min the room was cool enough. The shower was over the bathtub and to get the shower to function you have to pull up on a knob which I could not make work. My husband was finally able to get the knob pulled. And the tub seemed higher than normal.

The location was a short walk away from the Eiffel Tower, multiple restaurant options, and the metro line that took us to all of the main attractions. The hotel room had a nice sized shower, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice to be provided with extra pillows (not always an option in Europe!). There was nothing we disliked, our stay was short enough that the hotel served its purpose for us to sleep between busy days. The only thing we would have preferred was a better coffee option within the hotel room. There is only a kettle and a few instant coffee packs. It got the job done, but didn't dissolve well and a small coffee maker would have been preferred. Potentially if you have breakfast as an add on to your stay then you can get better coffee from the hotel within the lobby/kitchen area and this won't be an issue.

Rooms are Neat, Clean & hygienic Required Amenities provided in room. walkable from Eiffel towers. good Connectivity to metro & bus station. Water, tea coffee kettle provided. WIFI is weak. Rooms are too small & Compact & so is the corridor & lift.

Location was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. The in-room safe did not work and the heat/AC was inoperable.
