The overall experience was very good. The staff were helpful, and the facilities were excellent for a family with young kids. The size of the family room was spacious with a connecting door; however, compared to the UK, you are paying more, which effectively feels like paying for two separate rooms. Due to the heatwave, the biggest lifeline was the air conditioning, which worked. The room was clean, and the person coming every day to tidy up was excellent. The area is not an affluent area; however, the Metro stop is close by, which is very convenient if you want to go into the centre of Paris. In front of the hotel, there are a range of restaurants and a convenience store. Behind the hotel was a science museum and an amusement area called Boom Boom Villette, which has a food hall, cinema, etc. The science museum is really good, especially for kids. I would go back and stay here again. The breakfast was decent, but I think a bit more variety would be better. Sometimes the certain foods would run out, and it took longer to get them replenished. The area around the boiled eggs also seemed like a poor system. You had to put eggs into hot water by yourself and stand around for the eggs to cook. Finally, the bread section and toaster should be closer together. However, the staff were helpful.

The Hotel is located beside the Metro which is perfect for getting to town. Rooms are small, beds are cozy and plenty of restaurants close by. Air conditioning worked great in our rooms, lucky becua it was 40 degrees outside. My family had a joining room so kids in one and my wife and I in the other.

Despite a few negative comments about this hotel, I have to disagree. I spent 4 days there and honestly had a great time! The room was small, but more than enough for two people, stayed with my child, especially when you’re spending most of your time out exploring the city. The metro station is just around the corner, and it was very easy to reach popular attractions within 20–25 minutes. There are also a few restaurants, coffee shops and a McDonald’s just a few minutes away. And behind the hotel, there’s actually so much to do! A lake, arcade and museums that stay open until late, so after a full day of sightseeing, you can still have some fun before heading to bed. I saw a few negative comments before booking about the area not being safe. Yes, I did see a few people walking around asking for money, but honestly, you can find that in many places around the world. I personally never felt unsafe during my 4-day stay. A big shout-out to the late-night staff! Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the male waiter, but he was super friendly and fun. The reception staff were neither overly kind nor rude they simply did their job, which was absolutely fine. The security staff were also super friendly and clearly looked after the hotel and the surrounding area very well. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want somewhere safe, clean, nice and budget-friendly. I’m sure you’ll be spending much more money while out sightseeing anyway! The room was great! Really like the possibility to hang up things on the wall, never seen that before. Double bed and pillows worked good for me. Bathroom clean and functional. Enjoyed the downstairs lounge area and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Happy customer! :-) Hmmm... thinking... the entry in the evening was a bit problematic... nothing else comes to mind

I love the vibe of the hotel. The rooms are nice. You feel safe inside with security at the door. I booked a family room, but got two separate rooms (not connected), with two small kids... Parking is a public parking that booking said it will be around 20 euro to park. But parking was 35 euro for not a whole day of parking.

what i liked most was that the bed was really comfortable! also that it was really close to the metro. nothing i didnt like in particular. the neighborhood was a little sketchy but i chose this location because it was in the middle of stade de france and more of the ‘center’ of paris
