Bonne situation, propre, jolie décoration, excellent petit déjeuner Les chambres sont trop petites (une fois la valise ouverte, difficile de circuler voire d’ouvrir les portes)

only the location I honestly wish I had chosen a different hotel. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning was not working during our entire stay, while Paris was experiencing temperatures above 30°C. We were traveling as a family of three with a small child, staying in a very small room, and it became almost unbearable. What was most disappointing is that nobody proactively informed us, apologized, or offered any solution. We only received a fan on the third night after specifically asking because we simply couldn’t take the heat anymore. Another problem is the room layout. Most rooms seem to face the inner courtyard, meaning everyone can see directly into each other’s rooms. With no working AC, keeping the windows closed was impossible, so privacy was basically nonexistent. The breakfast area is located in the basement (-1 level) with no windows, dark, totally unpleasant. It felt more like a cellar than a breakfast room. The only positive point was the gentleman managing breakfast, who was genuinely friendly and welcoming every morning. The night staff, on the other hand, was quite unpleasant and not particularly helpful. Paris is a magical city, but unfortunately this hotel took away from that experience rather than adding to it. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The location and staff The room was small

I did not like anything about this hotel and will not stay again Room size. Facilities in and out of the room. Access to the room either by a single tiny lift or uneven spiral stairs
-
I heard everything from the rooms beside & above me. One night preventing me from falling alseep.

Vert nice hotel with good breakfast and comfy beds.
-
Breakfast room could be on 1st floor instead of basement.

The only person who helped us was Lyes after we complained about room cleaning .Jonathan who was in communication ignored us and was disrespectful. The cleaning lady was dishonest and we have to ask her and management many times in order for her to come and clean the room.

The receptionist was very cooperative and trying to support and she did helped us. The room is very small and hard to move compared to the value , which force me to take another room. also the AC was not working even when the maintenance came to fix it

Location. Very disappointing stay – I truly regret booking this hotel. They never replied to my messages on Booking, which already gave a bad first impression. The facilities look nice only in the photos — clearly taken right after renovation and never updated since. In reality, everything feels worn out and poorly maintained. Breakfast was a big letdown: the same limited options every day, no vegetables, and items constantly missing without being refilled. It also didn’t feel hygienic — the same staff serving breakfast were later seen cleaning the reception floors. Towels were stained, and if you have dry skin, definitely bring your own lotion. They provide only one tiny bottle, and even after requesting more, nothing was replaced. The room was dark, dusty, and far from the comfort you’d expect from a four-star hotel. Honestly, I don’t understand how it keeps that rating — it feels more like a one-star property pretending to be something it’s not

The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was on a quiet street so I slept very well! I loved the decor and the hotel was in a great location. 5 mins walk from the metro stop and great restaurants. When I first arrived, my room had an overpowering smell of sewage. I reported this to reception, but the manager was very dismissive and told me nothing could be done as the hotel was fully booked. On top of this, the bathroom walls had brown smears on them when I checked in, which was extremely unhygienic. During my stay, I was not offered any apology or compensation for these issues. On the second night, I requested additional body moisturiser to be sent to my room, but the night manager arrived personally and very rudely told me they do not offer room service, making me feel like an inconvenience. For a four-star hotel charging over £270 per night, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, customer service, and overall experience. Unfortunately, I was left very disappointed with both the facilities and the way I was treated.

I liked it so much, I'm coming back and staying here again!

The breakfast was very poor, which I wasn't expecting from a 4-star hotel. It had no vegetables or leafy greens; it mostly contained eggs (boiled and omelet), cheese, and sausages. As for dessert, some American pancakes, which were dry and crumbly, and a basket with other pastries (which I haven't tried).

Budget hotel-good location Rooms are so small..
-
small bathroom with door blocking the path to toilette.

Interesting setup with themed rooms, very well kept given the amount of plants When we request a taxi to be booked at the day of our departure, front desk arrange the taxi service. However, it was not a regular taxi provider, router a gentleman from Bangladesh in what look like a personal car. We timed our departure to catch the Eurostar so I had no time to be looking for another service. He also requested 35 pounds as a payment and after asking us if we’re going to pay card or cash, he told us he’s going to drop us off by the cash machine as he only wanted cash. We negotiate to give him 20 pounds and the rest of the payment in euros. The driver was nice and pleasant but when we checked the price by Uber, it was quoting us only 15 pounds.

Location is so good walking distance to many things you can do around and even for transportation. Room is clean and the hotel is renovated. The small room is too small.
