The staff where very charming and kind and accommodating and friendly and smiling Happened to stay there during the Paris heatwave and even though do have air conditioning it did not work adequately at all. I complained about the AC in my room and the problem was not fixed. Room had a round bed that I did not appreciate and the bathroom had a bathtub that I had to struggle to get into and it had a hand held shower and part of the bathroom ceiling over the tub was angled and I kept hitting my head. Towels not large enough and flimsy material.

Clean and stylish. Booking was quite expensive compared to the price I paid via another site to extend my stay. I can not explain the significant price discrepancy. Rooms were very small (for the price) and the lift went out of order but they managed to move us from the 6th floor to the first floor upon my request.

Staff were always friendly and happy to help, the place itself is quirky, arty & classy, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Complimentary hot beverages available in lobby 24/7, and bust stop right outside makes it easy to visit all the sights. Our 5th floor room had double French doors out to a balcony, perfect Parisian vacation.

Good location near Gare Di Nord and Saint Lazare. Appreciated air con in hot weather. Room had good bed and quiet layout was awkward with limited space for suit cases and no bed side tables. Also bathroom door blocked when opening cupboard adjacent to access shelves

housekeeping never came to my room, which for a four star hotel i would expect daily housekeeping. i also would have liked a fridge in the room. the room was also very hot at night, and my fan/ac didn't work.

The room was too hot. To cool off we were told to open the window. Way too noisy. Impossible to sleep with the noise. They did give us a fan. The coffee maker in the room was broken. They said they would replace it and that did not happen. The duty manager did help us out when we discovered that a cleaner had knocked over an item and broke it. They compensated us. That was nice.

Really well located, quiet courtyard-facing room, very helpful staff Very minor but would benefit from coat hooks on the door. Wet room shower design also means a lot of water on the bathroom floor
