The shower doesn’t have any privacy. Any one in the room can see you take a shower. They don’t have the option to put up blinds or a curtain if requested.

The hotel was modern, clean and welcoming. From the mysterious elevator dedicated to hotel guests through to the beautifully designed rooms, I felt the primary focus has been guests comfort. I enjoyed the 24 hour snacks and drinks, and the appertivo between 6.30pm-8pm. For breakfast there was a variety of dishes to choose from like bacon, scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms, do it yourself boiled eggs, yoghurt, breads and pastry, cold meats, cheese, fruits, salad, coffee and tea. At reception you can ask for dental kits, shampoo and conditioner, sewing kit, razor, comb, vanity sets and even shoe shine. Every staff I encountered was friendly and helpful, I truly felt like a valued guest Nothing to not like

This is a nice hotel. It has a club area where one can sit around and it has some free snacks and drinks. The hotel is in the style of an Ibis though the rooms are a bit bigger. Main problem with this hotel is it is located on a lower road. You walk up to where the hotel should be, you find a metal gate, you have the ring the bell, explain who you are, then the gate is opened, you take the lift down, then come out of the lift, cross the road and enter the hotel. Its okay generally but if you have heavy luggage its a bit of a nightmare. When leaving for the airport, we realized we could not flag a cab though there are many close by and could not use Uber because we were not sure where the car would come so we asked the hotel to book the cab for us. The cab guy was great, came on time, we had to walk a bit on the lower road to get to the cab. So it went off well but its still a questionable choice if you have heavy luggage. It would have been nice also if the room had a fridge.

Awful. Food tasted poisoned and inedible. Rooms were disgusting, like something really bad had taken place in my exact room.

Air consistent work very well and it was warm in the room

The building was wedged (literally!) in between the street and Gare de L'Est tracks, but there is absolutely no noise coming from the station. So the location is actually great for anyone wanting train or metro access. The building feels rather new. Snacks in the evening were good and appreciated, but they had advertised soft drinks and there were none. Large spaces seemingly available for business travelers. Small room overall, but unimaginably small toilette room - your legs must fit under an utterly useless sink when you sit, which is then in your face. At 6'2" and 220# I simply could not stand up straight in this room. Towels were worn and thin. Approaching from the west, the hotel is difficult to find - you must call by intercom to access a nondescript elevator. The hotel description should provide more details about this.

The location is very convenient if you are travelling by train. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was well insulated from the outside noise. Breakfast was good. It is the equivalent of an airport hotel for travelers. When we first arrived we were told that there are rooms on two sides, one side being more noisy and the other side with windows that cannot be opened for safety reasons. The side with the locked windows had stale air so upon seeing the room we requested to change. The reception was accommodating and nice. My main issue has been that there was some residue on the door of the toilet in our room. I immediately told this to the reception upon check-in and reminded through an internal welcome survey. While they said it will be addressed, it has never been. I also thought the hotel could use a deeper clean in general. The club with snacks mostly just had apples and pears, as well as hot beverages. We didn’t prefer to spend a lot of time in the hotel club as we wanted to be out in Paris. Overall, I thought the hotel wasn’t worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend it as a base to see Paris from but as a transit hotel.

Very spacious The hotel is really nice and close to the train station, but the area doesn’t feel safe for a solo female traveler. I was planning to use the hotel lift to get to the train station. However, two men, who were not hotel guests, followed me toward the hotel lift even though there was a public lift nearby. Because of this, I decided to use the escalator instead. Even then, I could still see them waiting around the hotel lift area.

The room was well laid-out and the bed was super comfortable. The unlimited tea, coffee and snacks is a really thoughtful and generous offering. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. The location isn't the best in terms of vibe but the proximity to the train stations is very convenient.

Location right next to the east and north train stations. We got the breakfast included. Breakfast was very good. Room very clean. All the service workers were very friendly. A/C could have been alot cooler. Front desk person that checked us in could have been more friendlier. We had no idea about the evening reception. Toilet compartment in room is very small.

Actually soundproof rooms, no carpets, free snacks and selection of drinks

Location worked for my needs this trip, but comfort & overall quality of facility & staff made the total stay perfect. Nothing

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Great staff, very eco-friendly, good value, quiet comfortable room, very handy for Gare de L’Est All good

I was told I could bring a 3rd person into the room on the phone an hour before I arrived to the hotel. I got to the hotel at 1am and at arrival they told me I couldn’t add the extra person, even if I was willing to pay. I had to get a hotel down the street for 1 night and get a separate hotel after that. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if I wasn’t told I would be okay adding a 3rd person into the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. And overall the rooms and facilities were good. The location is somewhat creepy since it’s a bit hidden and dark and hard to reach. The entrance could use some more lighting and security and better instructions for people to feel safe walking to the entrance, especially at night.
