The water pressure was very weak, and there was barely any cold water. It was impossible to adjust the temperature properly, so I had to shower in scalding hot water.

Good location, outstanding bedroom view on the Eiffel Tower ! Very comfortable and beautiful bedroom, lovely and helpful staff. Very wide and delicious breakfast options.

The staff were very great. The cleanliness was not good. The shower in the rooms kept flooding. The plumbing needs to be fixed. The common room and breakfast hall were not cleaned properly and flies were swarming around the food.

Great location. The running coffe and snacks the entire day was great thing as one can work or relax in the lounge and also enjoy coffee and snacks. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The bathrooms in the room are extremely oddly designed. Don't know who even approved such a design which is eating up space from the room plus no privacy in case there are two people in the room. One of the almost half of the day there was no water avai8in the washrooms. Hotel put up a notice next to elevator but not everyone read it.

The staff were excellent... Very friendly and helpful. Having the water filters on each floor was great, as was the coffee machine on the ground floor. Loved the environmental ethos of the hotel. I found sleeping in a room where I couldn't open the window difficult, and the ventilation system wasn't very effective.
