Comfy hotel and staff available to help and fix problems asap when one occurs. Too bad the Umami restaurant is now closed.

For the location, it was a better value that similar hotels. I paid almost $100 more than my friend for the night because I had my 2 teenage daughters with me and needed a bigger room and she was just one person, we saw her room and it was actually bigger, I don't think I actually got the room I paid for although they confirmed that it was so I felt a bit taken advantage of.

Everything according our expectations, from attendance, cleaning rooms, location. We enjoy widely and pleasantly

Staff was amazing in helping us with an issue at check in! Rooms were comfortably sized, and the location is great. Beds are hard. Weird square pillows. The bathroom has a curtain instead of a door, that's weird.

Wonderful experience at Pullman Paris

Air conditioning, very clean rooms, and having bfast included Staff did not explain all important information about rooms and other items we need to know light how to use the card slot for lights and air conditioning. Like the 12pm checkout versus 11 am that’s nice. Really clean rooms are very important and they were very clean.

Location and housekeeping staff are pleasant people The breakfast … to stand and queue early morning for your food it’s not prestigious at all also the variety of food is not matching the typical Paris repetition breakfast quality … also to be seated for your breakfast is unusual make more confusion …… also there is always queue at the hall for the people who are coming for the upper floor restaurant which make the area unusual busy

The facilities, the hotel itself, the rooms. Very comfortable bathrooms compared to the hotels in the center of Paris, great views. There is a roof top with a spectacular view of the city. Customer service is impeccable. The location is not ideal but it is worth it since there is a subway and train station nearby. It was great to sacrifice the location for the comfort and price of the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pullman Paris Montparnasse. One of the biggest highlights was the hotel's excellent location. There were countless cafés, bistros, and attractions within walking distance, and we found ourselves exploring a different part of the city on foot every day. The convenience of having taxis readily available directly outside the hotel was also incredibly helpful, making it easy to get around whenever we needed transportation. While we didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of the on-site restaurants or fitness center during our stay, the grab-and-go options were convenient and appreciated for busy days of sightseeing. Overall, the combination of location, accessibility, and convenience made for a very enjoyable Paris experience, and we would happily stay here again. If I could change one thing about the room, it would be the bathroom layout and privacy. While there was a door separating the bathroom from the bed area, there was no way to close off the hallway entrance to the room from the bathroom area. This made for some chilly mornings stepping out of the shower, as the entire entryway remained open to the room. It also created a practical inconvenience when one person was using the shower and another needed to answer the door or allow someone into the room. A simple pocket door or sliding partition between the entryway and sleeping area would have provided much-needed privacy and flexibility without significantly altering the room's design. That said, this was a relatively minor issue in an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Nothing Ac is very bad And also the sofas in the reception area are not enough always full

It is made for corporate business trips. Access to the roof cost 20 euros. Very corporate, staff difficult to reach at times. Definitely overpriced with an aim at business trips rather than tourists.

Easy to find and very nice views!

An unannounced fire alarm. Imagine being on the 25th floor and you hear a fire alarm go off on the 24th floor- then a short time later you hear it on your floor. Let’s see —towering inferno movie. Er maybe 9-11 comes to mind. My wife was very disturbed by the unannounced alarm.

Very low quality for the price imo (we paid 525€ per night). The room is quite small with awkward planning. Half-open shower, no matter how hard I tried I ended up with a puddle on the floor. Poor cleaning service, room was very visibly dusty and stainy. Breakfast was abundant but mostly below mediocre: very little fresh veggies and fruits, tired salad & greens, stale pastry.

It was good, but too many items ran out before the end and rather than restock we could not find the staff to bring more out! My departure was delayed over an hour because the parking garage payment machine would not accept my cc card. I called my bank and there were no charges denied yet the machine kept indicating card declined. I went to hotel front desk and they said we can’t help…I just pained you $2000 and you can’t do anything, that’s BS and poor customer service
