Clean and a nice breakfast. Wanted to be close to the train station and it was. Very comfortable bed. Very dark room. Could hardly see! A friend had no air conditioning and they did not move her. The hotel was NOT full. ?. They put a fan in her room which was not doing the job well enough.

The A/C was not working in the hotel. So i requested the cancellation of my stay. The staff, very friendly, promised the reimbursement (to be done by Booking) and provided assistance to find another hotel The A/C was not working in the hotel.

Nice l ocation, in the busy place near train, bus and metro station. Lots of shops, supermarkets nearby.Room is cozy, with comfortable bed and coffee machine. When we arrived, they asked for 150 Euro deposit for breakfast. Even though we only use 28 Euro for breakfast, they put additional amount and said it is for tax. Actually tax is already included in the room price . They returned my deposit 75 Euro only.

The staff were really nice and helpful! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and answered all of our questions. The hotel wasn’t too close to the major sites but I liked that it was in the more artsy, theater-loving side of Paris. There were many metro stations nearby so it was very easy to get to the touristy parts of the city. There were a lot of good restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area.

We were in room 410 and there was a smell from the beginning and lasted days. The air conditioning only cooled off at night during showers and when hot it was very stuffy. Window wouldn’t open. The most annoying thing was the price we paid for the room to not have internet access we called reception 2 times and also talked to the front seat to say they would talk to tech! Again after 6 days with the price I paid wouldn’t recommend of you want fresh air and internet! Staff was amazing especially housekeeping and the girl who worked mornings she was always super nice!

The hotel’s location is fantastic, with clean and comfortable rooms. The air conditioner wasn’t working well, but it was pleasant enough. My mom stayed in a corner room with a working air conditioner, so it might have been a problem with certain rooms. The breakfast was great, and I’ll definitely stay here again. It’s super well-located across from Montparnasse, with many restaurants in the area and walking distance to St. Germain and the Luxembourg Gardens.

The location is perfect for us. We come by train from Normandy and VOCO is all of a 5 minute walk from Gare Montparnasse. Gaite metro is literally at the VOCO entrance door. The breakfast is fabulous. Hot items, cold items, and the pastries are NOT out of a cellophane package. They come from a real bakery and are delicious. Staff is great. Very helpful and friendly. The coffee maker in the room had decaf. I have a heart issue and can't drink "real" coffee, so this is a big plus for me. Thermostat is controlled individually and it works. Heat was fine. And there is a separate small heater in the room if needed. Bathroom has good space and shelving. Offer brewed decaf coffee at breakfast, not packets of instant. READING LIGHTS IN THE ROOM ARE AWFUL FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME. I read paper books. Not everyone in the world reads Kindles and Ipads...We stay in at night and enjoy reading for a few hours before bedtime. I had to give that up because the light was so dim. This, unfortunately, is possibly a deal breaker for me. Too bad because otherwise the hotel is great.
