Beautiful balcony with the 5th floor room. Noise through the shared walls.

One front desk man was helpful but the other one wasn’t. So small. Not a great breakfast.

Location (near gare du nord station), friendliness of the staff, room is comfortable We need to leave the key in receptionist everytime we go out of the hotel. it's not convenient.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. The walls are so thin. You can hear everything. I could hear my neighbour snore. The room was also very cold. No information to adjust the temperature. There was an overwhelming smell from the bathroom from the cleaning products.

Convenient for agate du Nord and Gare de l’Est. Very expensive! I know Paris is horrendously expensive, but it’s no joke. For what I paid you could get a far superior hotel in N. America . The pest control man marched through the dining area during breakfast service with his workbag of tricks, right into the kitchen. Could he not have come later on?!

There is nothing worth mentioning. We were on the second floor near the elevator. The doors were super noisy when opening or closing. So we could not sleep. I complained, but that did nothing. The breakfast was a waste of euros, and the location was not excellent, as stated. The blankets were not soft and felt scratchy against your skin. The experience was just horrible.

Great hotel at a decent price. Very well located in Paris and fairly quiet area. The room spray was a bit strong, had to open the windows to air it out, but otherwise great stay

Nice location, good quality for money

The best continental breakfast that we had in a hotel. Plenty of choices and great service indeed.

Perfect location, close to the metro and the train station. The stench from the shower is so strong, it’s making the whole room smell awful. We have to open the windows every time we get back in. Less choice of breakfast.

The hotel was good, great location near of a subway station. The personnel was very serious and formal but all the time they provide information and tips. Not applicable, it was a good stay.

They were very humble, kind and helpful. All the spaces are clean. The breakfast was good. Room for improvement: I would prefer breakfast is served earlier like around 6:30 am or atmost 7am.

My restroom had a bath. Gosh it comes in handy after a rainy winter day in Paris!!! The place is well located, it is in a quiet area, the view was nice and decent (you can see the facades in front of the hotel, the Street and the Park at the left hand side. I only stayed a night but it was cosy enough to make me taking a break. Just two details: The breakfast is continental. Which is nice, but it does not fit with the service that the hotel offer (one would expect food-cooked catering with such nice service). The other detail is that one has to leave the keys to the night receptionist before leaving if going out at night.... Although it serves a purpose of safety, it feels a bit odd.

Breakfast filled me up. Very nice. Walls a bit thin sometimes hear neighbours snoring and TVs.
