Charming. Classic Paris boutique hotel. Very affordable and convenient to the metro and walkable to lots of popular Paris tourist sites. The property was great.

Excellent location. Very close to the metro station - just 5 minutes walk. The hotel has air-con, which helps me survive the heat wave in Paris. Had a pleasant stay there. If I had to complain anything, that would be the wifi speed, but that's not so important to me.

My experience at Hotel du Pré was very pleasant. The location is excellent; it is very easy to use the metro and buses, and we were also able to do a lot of sightseeing on foot (it is about a 25-minute walk to the Louvre, etc.). The room is spacious and charming, with a classic/vintage decor, but it still features modern amenities like plenty of power outlets and even USB ports. The only downside was the double bed, which was actually two single beds pushed together; ideally, they should have set it up properly as a double bed. The bathroom is good, though the shower screen on the bathtub is a bit small, so the floor gets a little wet, but it is nothing serious. However, the toiletries could be improved; there was only a 3-in-1 product (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), which I found below expectations for a hotel that met all other requirements so well. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it! As for breakfast, we missed having eggs. That being said, the baguettes and croissants were very good, and they also offered cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, etc.

Lovely classic French hotel in my favorite area with comfortable rooms and cozy lobby. Nice hosts and staff. Hope to stay again.

Good location. Close to Gare du Nord and Metro. No AC in summer, just and my old fan.

Great location. Few steps away from a metro stop and a pleasant 20 minute walk to Opera. The room overall is tiny. Was also a bit of a struggle to bathe because the walk-in shower was small. Not enough closet space too.

Bkfast had very little options for vegetarian people.

Loved the service, everyone was so nice, and the room was extremely clean and quiet. Loved the Paris charm of the interior design!

Continental breakfast choices were good. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions and to allow us to drop off our bags before our room was ready.

Room was much larger than the average affordable hotel room in Paris. Location was great. Close to train stations, public transport, and lots of restaurants. The staff was absolutely exceptional. Every single one of them was super friendly, helpful and made us feel genuinely welcome. Staff alone is a reason to come back! Hotel is showing its age a bit but nothing bad. Probably added to the charm :-)

Staff was very friendly, especially the night shift person. For 1 person, the room had plenty of space. Bed was great, mattress gave me a great night of sleep! Shower was warm and toiletries were available, besides making a nice tea at night and coffee in the morning. Walking distance from Gar du Nord, plenty of supermarkets and bakeries nearby, metro 3min walk, center also walking distance. Will definitely stay again if I travel alone, the price for a single room is awesome! Wifi was sometimes failing but it can happen, not a biggie.

Very helpful and friendly. Moderately priced. It was aways away from the Seine. I ended up just explorinng the Montmarre neighborhood which was full of unexpected surprises.

Location, Staff Noise. The bottom of the hotel was a restaurant, which created lots of noise. During my two days, I could not sleep well. I reported to hotel management, who agreed and told me to mention it in my feedback.
