The location and the friendliness of the staff Most was fabulous. Fans given as it was very warm in the rooms. Much appreciated. No coffee or tea in the amenities tray but likely just an oversight.

Great location 12 mins from Gare du Nord. Great for Eurostar. Breakfast ok. Safe didn't work.

Location and friendly staff Lift was tiny, couldn’t even get a pram up there or more than one person. Room was right next to the lift so it was noisy and the doors were not soundproof. In room facilities were not great, no fridge, limited TV and minimal space

Great value for money. The place is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops and is conveniently located near a metro station. It has a private washroom and a lift, which made our stay more comfortable. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and even allowed us a 20-minute late check-out. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I wish the towels were newer, as some had a distinct old smell. The toilet bowl could also use more thorough cleaning.

The location was very convenient, which I really appreciated. However, the hotel and the room were both quite small, and it felt a bit cramped. Small room and during my stay there was constant noise coming from the radiator, which made it difficult to relax in the room.
