The hotel was very well maintained and clean. I also loved the fresh water with mint and lemon available in the lobby all the time. Such a nice touch, thank you!

When I checked-in, the reception staff failed to inform me the Club rooms AC were not functioning and had to wait 1-2 days until they get them fixed. I initially asked for a change of rooms but was told they were fully booked. I asked again, but this time with a different staff and she was able to give us 2 Superior rooms. The audacity to lie and failure of providing good guest service deserve 1 star review. I also had to request a refund of the rooms rate difference several times and was only told it is under review by their reception manager. They said the refund has been made but could not provide me an invoice/refund confirmation and even an amount. I am still currently waiting for my reimbursement. I now question all the "good" reviews posted for this hotel...

The location and cleanliness is great! The WiFi was not good, luckily I had data to help me just about get about. Also note the walls are thin, you can hear next door.

Super séjour, staff très à l'écoute et location idéale près de la gare et bien relié par les transports en commun (bus - métro). Très calme. Remarques mineures : Pas de minibar (mais non annoncé dans la description). Ventilation faisant office de climatisation un peu forte et non réglable individuellement pour la température. Plafond de la salle de bains assez bas. Cloisons plutôt fines, ne pas avoir le sommeil trop léger mais lieu très calme.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a 5–10 minute walk from Cadet Metro station, making it very easy to get around Paris. There were also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The Superior Room was a good size, especially by European standards, and I really appreciated the powerful hairdryer, which is surprisingly rare in hotels. The shower had great water pressure, and it was nice to have a kettle with a selection of teas in the room. Breakfast was good overall. The coffee from the machine was surprisingly good, and the bread was fresh. The selection was a bit limited, though: the hot options were mostly the same every day (eggs with bacon, sausages, or baked beans), but everything was fresh and well prepared. The main downside for me was the housekeeping. We had to ask for the towels to be changed because they were visibly dirty, and we also had to ask for the shower gel to be replenished. The floor didn't seem to be cleaned very thoroughly, we noticed a few small pieces of dirt and paper that remained in the same spot even after the room had been serviced, so we ended up wearing sandals in the room. On the first night, I also found a bug in the room. Another small detail was that after we used one of the teacups provided with the kettle, housekeeping didn't clean or replace it. None of these issues ruined our stay, but I think improving the attention to cleanliness would make a big difference.

The staff were fantastic from the moment we received until we checked out nothing was too much trouble and service was with a smile very relaxing stay we will be back in later in the year It was too short

Clean Very very small, shower tray filled up before we even took a full shower, so had to get done quick before it spilled out in the floor

It was a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle of the Paris streets. It smelt beautiful, was clean and the breakfast was very quaint. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were perfect. The shower was particularly good. It was the perfect location for monte marte without being too close. The safe did not work, and was not fixed despite reporting it on arrival. I booked as a twin room on booking.com but it wasn’t made clear I had to email the hotel to ensure the room was set up as a twin.

We booked a club room, was very comfortable and nice to spend our few days in Paris. A/c was excellent and needed ;)
