It was a quaint small boutique hotel. The elevator was extra small and the stair case was spiraling. The location was good with many dining options nearby. Taxi stand was close for easy access to sights. The hotel and rooms were clean and quiet. The bathroom was nice with plenty hot water. The view down to the street was a nice option from the room after a long day. It was all good!

I came to Paris for romance and culture. What I got instead was a very different kind of company in my bed. the uninvited, six-legged kind. The hotel looked clean on the surface. Stylish lobby, decent photos online, reasonable price for the location. I had no reason to suspect anything was wrong. Then came night one. By morning, the evidence was undeniable. Red bites across my arms and legs, and upon inspection, the unmistakable signs of a bedbug infestation in the mattress seams. I immediately flagged it to reception. The response was underwhelming, to put it politely. Instead of spending my days exploring Montmartre and the Seine, I spent them washing every item of clothing I had and anxiously checking my skin. The psychological discomfort of knowing what was sharing your bed with you is something no amount of complimentary breakfast can fix. Paris is magical. This hotel robbed me of that magic entirely. To management: This is a serious hygiene and health issue, not a minor inconvenience. Future guests deserve better than what I experienced. I want to bring to your attention a serious issue I experienced during my stay. My room had a bedbug infestation that was clearly visible in the mattress seams, and I woke up with bites across my arms and legs. When I reported this to reception, the response was dismissive and no meaningful action was taken. This is not a comfort complaint. It is a health and hygiene issue that requires immediate attention. I trust you will investigate and address this properly before it affects future guests.

The location was difficult to get Uber/bolt but it wasn't a huge deal.

This is the second time I stayed here, very comfortable beds, quiet boutique hotel with spacious rooms in central location.

One amazing hotel right next to the metro station Odeon. The room (nr 14) was big, very comfortable (fantastic bed) and very elegantly decorated. It felt like a home away from home! Super quiet with a fantastic view! Last but definitely not least all the staff is wonderful , attentive and with a smile. BRAVO to all :)

The breakfast was good Too much noise because the room was too low and too much smoke
-
The one elevator was out of service, and the only stairs up to the room were narrow and dangerous. The breakfast was absolutely the bare minimum, with a rock hard croissant, service done by a cleaning person, and the second day the breakfast wasn’t even available. Good location but that’s about it

Gorgeous property, beautiful location as well as central to many great parts of Paris The guest lounge area isn’t particularly inviting
-
Good location. large room and beds (we took their biggest though) WiFi barely worked, only one outlet worked. Shower’s water pressure was so weak you could barely shower. Rooms and facilities are very outdated, weird vibe in the hotel

Room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel is in an ancient building of character in Odeon. Conveniently located, near many restaurants and places of interest in Saint Germain.
