Royal Regency Paris Vincennes

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Our 2 bed apartment was spotless, modern, & felt completely brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, the whole place was wonderfully quiet, & the room was much larger than we expected. We all slept brilliantly. The reception staff were outstanding, genuinely friendly, super helpful, & happy to assist with anything we needed. They also gave us lots of useful information about the local area, transport options, & how to get around. The location in Vincennes was perfect for us: a very pretty, clean, and safe neighbourhood with bakeries, cafés, restaurants, & a supermarket all close by. The walk to the metro through the woods was absolutely lovely & added to the charm of staying here. One of the biggest advantages was the secure underground car park directly beneath the hotel. For €15 per night, we could leave the car safely & travel into Paris without a single worry. We were also pleasantly surprised that we weren’t charged for the day we checked out, which meant we could leave the car there & enjoy our final day in Paris to the fullest. The apartment itself was so well equipped. We had a kitchen area, private balcony, separate toilet with sink (very convenient), & a spacious bathroom with a great hot shower. Hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, & lotion were all provided, a pleasant surprise. There were plenty of towels, storage areas, a filter coffee machine with coffee supplied, & ceiling fans in both the living room & bedrooms. We also really appreciated having separate sleeping areas, giving our daughter her own private room. So many hotels only offer two beds in the same space, so this layout made a huge difference to our stay. There was even a sofa bed in the living area if needed. Overall, we absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First, the staff was excellant. Second, the hotel and room were spotless. Third, The neighborhood was delightful. Nothing.

Great location in a lovely area , nice room, good bathroom, and helpful staff there is no air conditioning (as a note) so if there during a heat wave, 90 degrees, it was very hot

Staff at the desk was very helpful It was no easy to work online. The internet was very weak and would go off and on during my zoom meetings. It was very frustration. We mentioned this several times and they kept saying they will inform the relevant people. This did not help throughout our stay.

small sleeping quarters but clean and quiet. location far from Paris tourist attractions by taxi and therefore expensive. OK if you can take metro or bus.

The toilet bathroom (which is separate from the main shower bathroom) had no window and no ventilation. This was really unpleasant.

NO Aircondition If I could, I would give a negative rating. If you cannot control Booking.com comments, you should not be affiliated with them. Moreover, instead of apologizing and improving your service, you are charging extra for a fan. That shows incredible audacity.

Sometimes you don't have enough cutlery to run the wash cycle but you need to wash one or two items (typically baby bottle ?). It was challenging to find where to put it to dry. The fridge was turned off and we were not informed, took us two days to notice. Might have helped to inform The canapé-lit is just ok for kids

The staff member we first encountered was amazing. When I made the reservation, I sent the hotel a message saying we would arrive early and asked if we could park there early. The hotel was very accommodating and when I checked in, our rooms were ready and we were able to park. Additionally, our two rooms were next to each other. This was very helpful. Later in the day we discovered one of the rooms had a lot of ants crawling all over. We called the front desk and they sent the maintenance technician. The technician sprayed raid and laid caulk below the kitchen cabinets under the sink to help seal the ants in and said that was good. This did not resolve the issue and only trapped the ants under the sink, while the rest of the ants were still behind the fridge, some had made it on to bed, and were crawling under night stand. I went to the front desk and Ahmed, was confused as to why we wanted a different room. After explaining to him that the reservation was not made with insects and that normally people, including himself, don't like to sleep with insects, he finally agreed for rooms to be changed. I have visited here five or six times and I will look for other places to stay in the future. The washing closet is very tiny.

The property is newly renovated and located in the charming town of Vincennes. The studio apartment was comfortable and had a nice balcony. Very clean as well. Great desk staff.who were very helpful. Excellent access to Paris by metro and Uber. The internet was not consistent and kept kicking us off.

Very big rooms, suitable for large families -

it felt like home! The hall and elevator smelled like fish, understandingly though, there were small kitchens so neighbors may have been cooking. I don't know but it was tolerable just not expected. Another issue, one shower smelled bad but it was corrected. All else was superb.

It’s a bit of a walk from metro and RER but it was expected
