Unfortunately, I never got to enjoy them. The rooftop was closed for a private event during my stay, and guests were not allowed access. I even tried to step up briefly to take a few pictures, but a female staff member rudely told us to leave. The restaurant balcony was also closed, so there was no opportunity to enjoy or photograph the views I had paid for. If the hotel’s main attraction is unavailable, guests should be informed before booking or at least before arrival. Had I known the rooftop and balcony would be inaccessible, I would have stayed somewhere else. To make matters worse, the building was extremely crowded with people coming to the restaurant and bar who had access to multiple floors. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe. I paid for a hotel with spectacular views, but I left ok without being able to enjoy them. It was a very disappointing experience and not worth the price.

Warm welcoming stuff
-
I liked the location, the staff and the rooms and beds were comfortable The room I stayed in had a separate toilet to the shower room
-
Friendly staff. Nicely decorated. Good size room It’s expensive
-
The bed was very comfy The size of the room was small and was hard to move around, the light switches are confusing, also the view wasn’t very nice since there was no big windows. The breakfast cafeteria didn’t like it much, no buffet

Elegant and nice design hotel in a quiet area with views of Eiffel. Rooms are very clean with good quality furniture and design taste. Provided early check-in around 1:30 pm and it was with an upgrade. The lobby is beautiful with many candles and a variety of dining options at the hotel. Amenities in the room (Dyson hair dryer) are also a nice touch. Some of the staff at the Kinugawa are always in a rush and treating as if you are in a hotel of mass not prestige. Not consumer oriented at all. Also it is so noisy at night. Maybe it is because restaurant is accepting guests from outside. Considering the price positioning of the hotel, I would expect a refined service. All the other staff at the reception, concierge, entrance are very polite and caring. Location a bit of a walk to popular areas.

The staff are very very friendly, they set up for me a free honeymoon balloons & flowers. Location is good and the hotel is very clean and modern. Only the closet is small

It was cozy, super clean, new, and beautifully designed (the rooms, common spaces and restaurants). The team were super friendly and made us feel at home. The concierge desk (Arthur) reached out before our trip and arranged all our museum tickets and restaurant bookings. P.S. Christmas vibes were a real bonus. Merci, équipe Sax! We will be back. N/A

We came back as we loved our first stay. The second stay was just as good, if not better as we have noticed some new services. Staff is lovely, breakfast is a highlight of the stay. Thank you Nothing, we were treated like royalty

Welcoming and friendly staff, modern facilities, rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the rooftop lounge/restaurant offers a view of the Eiffel Tower, cocktails and the lobster gyoza at Restaurant Sax was phenomenal! There’s a bistro right across the street with THE best croissants and coffee to start the day. Didn’t have time to enjoy the spa during our short stay, but wish we could have! Wonderful stay! Nothing. Perfect stay!

Loved the athmosphere : I loved the ambience and atmosphere, the design, the staff are very sincere, they're not robots like in some luxury hotels.

Because it’s new, I guess they’re still having problems with management and housekeeping. There were so many mistakes during check-in — they let my friend in before I arrived, without asking for her passport or taking her credit card. We had to fight with housekeeping every day — they never cleaned, took out the trash, or removed dirty cups. The minibar was never restocked. That’s my main complaint. Maybe with time and proper training, things will improve, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend it

Check-in was seamless, the front‑desk team were exceptionally professional and welcoming, and the concierge handled every request with impressive efficiency. Dining at Kinugawa was a highlight the cuisine was superb and the service flawless. Breakfast offered an excellent variety. Unfortunately, several aspects fell short of 5* standards: - Restaurant & bar: Staff often seemed under‑trained and, at times, less than welcoming. - Housekeeping: Service was inconsistent, towel counts varied, personal amenities were moved and rearranged, and complimentary water was frequently omitted. - Breakfast: Only a couple of waiters were covering the entire room, leaving guests waiting and the overall experience feeling chaotic. - Elevators: Repeated malfunctions over 2 consecutive days. Overall, the hotel appeared understaffed and not fully prepared for peak occupancy, which detracted from what should have been a premium stay.

Room is a bit small

Perfectly located new hotel with great staff including friendly and helpful reception and concierge. Exceptional restaurant Kinugawa at the 7th floor where also breakfast is served with spectacular views and great interior design. We booked a queen room with 24 m2 and it felt a bit narrow for 2.
