Location, cleanliness. Good noise isolation. No parking agreements or local facilities. Paris can be very expensive so having a deal with a local firm would really benefit customers.

There were a lot of mistakes with the payment. They kept charging us incorrectly and in the end they asked us to pay an extra €300 from the tax amount, which won’t even be fully refunded. They claimed the extra €300 was because the original amount “wasn’t deducted in full” when in fact it was :)

We arrived and the bedding in the room was filthy. But as soon as we reported it they dealt with it straight away. Amazon staff very apologetic too. The unclean bedding after getting to the hotel after 00.00 hours.

The location was good They block your card for 150 per room even tough i am one mother with two kids they did not have one big room assigned us with 2 rooms that were very small and b’ocked 300 euro on they diD not card. The value for money is not good at all in my opinion Sport room was not working this is not a 4 star hotel rating in my eyes.
