Reviews

It was quaint. It was TINY. Barely enough room to squeeze between the foot of the bed and the wall.
-
Way too small!
-
Clean, central. Slightly noisy

The property was very clean The room was extremely small, two people cannot get in at the same time. they forgot to bring in towels when they was cleaning the room. I called to ask for towels. They told me I have to go downstairs and grab it and it is not a walk to the Eiffel Tower you need transportation. There was public transportation, but it is not a walk like they say it is.

Arvheture They have put a picture of eifel tower but this is not the room you will get

Lighting was the only major issue with barely any at all and the single light fixture was lacking putting out much light at all and required some attention to actually get to work.

The view from our room was truly spectacular - there is no doubt about it. I’m not in the business of submitting poor reviews or opinions for no reason - however, I feel like it’s important to relay our experience since we were beyond excited yet disappointed. 1) The hotel did not feel clean & the floors were all stained. 2) Some of the staff’s customer service was very poor (some were even rude to us and others) 3) There is no room service (that is at least what a staff member told us - they even warned us when we arrived that the food there was bad) and the breakfast was ‘gone’ when we arrived at 10am after we paid extra for it..

Well located. Great breakfast. Nice towels. Wand in the shower. Friendly accommodating staff. We stayed in room 12. Small room. Shower needs a door. Noise comes from the bistro located below.

The location was amazing, very close to many interesting places if visiting Paris. The hotel is pretty well located closed to a bus station, so arriving there is affordable as well. The breakfast was good.

Inflexible check in times
-
The staff was mostly very nice and helpful (except one fellow that did the night shift... Other guests also complained about him during our stay) Rooms are quite small, but comfortable.
-
The gentlemen was excellent who checked us in on Monday and out Thursday—very nice. As for the others not so much -fine, but less friendly Tuesday, Wednesday —food was great fresh etc.
