Smell in bathroom for first 2 days no idea what it was but went away after.

Our first room was on the 4th floor in front of the elevator in the new building. The tiny room with the toilet was unacceptable because when we sat on the toilet we could not close the door because it would hit our head. We changed rooms and found the room 110 in the old building had a decent bathroom.

Breakfast could have been better

Easy to find, great location! Staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable bed. We wish we had a view like in the pictures.

Location ia good on 7th arr. About 4min walk metro and few bus stopa nearby， 92 can go to Effie tower Room ia small, notvthe picture shown on bookings.

Perfect location close to the metro and anything else we wanted to do Nothing. It was exactly what we needed for our trip to discover Paris

Great location! We were visiting a friend nearby so this location was very convenient and close to Eiffel tower and other sites and restaurants. Very nice room and amenities. Our room was on the 5th floor and very quiet. Having AC was very nice. Room and bathroom was small but that is normal for a big city.

The hotel room is smaller than shown in the pictures.

the shower and room size were nice. The staff was super helpful. A countertop with canned drinks is not a bar. Lack of control over the heating and AC was completely unsatisfactory. Laundry services were not as advertised and arrived late.

I think for the price it was good value. Nothing exceptional and room was small but it was clean. Room was small.

Space

The pictures of the room don't adequately show or portray how small it is. There were lots of ants.

Room. On the pictures you can find only rooms (4 of 10) which have a view to the street. The rooms which have view to the garden is not so good.

Location and friendly staff are the best attributes of the hotel. Room was uncomfortably hot and humid our first day and night. Staff explained that they were under a restriction from turning on the air conditioning “until a later date.” We asked for and they gave us a fan on the second day. Well, the fan did not work. When we asked to exchange the fan, they said that was the only fan but they could now turn on the AC. Okay, great. Other concerns: no luggage racks and nowhere other than the floor to put luggage. No hair dryers. No washcloths, only bath towels and large hand towels. Bathtub VERY slippery when showering- no bath mats available.

The hotel staff could be more warm. At least they can smile and say bonjour or good morning/evening when they see us; but they were kind and helped when we asked.

The property was very close to the Eiffel Tower. The rooms we had were perfect. Room 103 had a king size bed and room 101, made for a single person had a full size bed. The property was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the afternoon snack was an added benefit! Nothing.

Location is excellent, the room is a bit too small with not enough space to hang clothes. Work space is also tight. Breakfast is very good The room size is not comfortable
