Incredible willingness of the stuff, great breakfast (not French one), free water refill and coffee anytime during day Small rooms but that is Paris and quite dark design which made it even feel smaller
-
Clean, nice location, great breakfast options, AC in the room Bathroom curtain looks transparent. I had to turn off lights to use the bathroom

Comfortable bed, beautiful decoration and very polite front desk

The design of the rooms and hotel itself is stunning. Location- great. You are in the middle of everything. We walked everywhere with even using public transport or taxi. Lots of restaurants around. Be ready that it’s a busy crowd area, might be a bit noisy at the evenings. But it didn’t bother us at all. Everything closes around midnight and it turns to be a quiet area. Reception staff are the friendliest people. They were always ready to assist in any questions you might need. Well, breakfast was a bit disappointing. The quality of food was good but it was overpriced just for cruasans and coffee. I asked for eggs and received a tiny plate of scrambled eggs. I was so shocked that I forgot to ask for extra portions. I bet they would do it with a great pleasure. Thought it was very tasty. No vegetables or smt like that. But it’s a cultural difference, people in Paris doesn’t seem to have full breakfast. Coz even around it was hard to find restaurants that started to serve breakfast early in the morning. Not critical, just local difference.

This hotel is very small and on the older side. The elevator is definitely old as it makes a decent amount of noise going up and down. Additionally the hotel is located on a questionable street. It is busy during the day and night time. We heard noise throughout the night, every night we were there. When I spoke to the reception desk about it their answer was that it is normal for this street for there to be lound noise and music until 2 am. They also wouldn't move us to another room because according to them the hotel was fully booked. Throughout our entire stay we only notice 2 or 3 other couples in the hotel. Overall we never got good rest or a full night sleep. We did not feel safe and would only recommend someone stay if they are planning on being out all night every night.

Great location. The staff was excellent! There could have been more lighting in the room, especially the sink area. The makeup mirror was mounted way too low

The very small room. It was cold too.

Not well.isolated, you can hear the noise from elevator and street noise as the hotel.is located in a lively street. Shower opposite of bed in the room.with glasdoor. No privacy.

Great room, staff was very friendly and helpful, clean facility and great location! Would stay here again.

Convenient location and a great jump off point to explore the city. Lots of convenient food and shopping options outside the door. The room itself while small was well appointed. The staff was lovely and friendly. The nighttime was very loud outside. I live in the city and can sleep through most urban noise but found it very difficult to sleep here due to the raucous people outside. From Wednesday through Friday while lodging here people would be outside loudly partying until after 4am. Certainly no fault of the property but the windows even from the fifth floor did little to bloc the noise. If I were to return I would request a rear facing room and bring a noise machine or earplugs.

The rooms facing the street are very loud, especially lower floors

Location was fantastic The lighting in the room was very poor-room was still poorly lit with all lights on . The lighting in the bathroom was very poor and the mirror was mounted high- I could only see the top of my face

Location Lack of proper lighting in bedroom and bathroom

Absolutely love this hotel and will come back again! The design, the hall, the room itself, the staff - everything is amazing! The room is quite big and very clean. They have all needed toiletries and you can ask for toothbrush or extra at the desk. The location is also great. Nothing at all

Smaller hotel. No machine de cafe in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only Nescafé.
