We stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately our experience at check in left a very negative impression. We booked two rooms. We arrived around noon, fully understanding that early check in might not be possible. The staff stored our luggage, which we appreciated. However, even after the advertised check in time had passed, one of our rooms was still not ready. We simply asked the housekeeper a few times whether the room was ready, as it was already after the published check in time. The room was finally available around 3:15 PM. The most disappointing part happened later that evening. The receptionist took me aside and told me that the housekeeper felt "harassed" because we had asked whether the room was ready 3 times. I found this allegation completely disproportionate and offensive. At no point did anyone raise their voice, insult the staff, threaten anyone, or behave aggressively. We were simply asking about a delayed room after the official check in time. What also surprised me was the receptionist's attitude. He told me that he had "instructed" me to stay in my room and wait for his call, as if he were my superior rather than a hotel employee speaking to a paying guest. I found that tone inappropriate and unprofessional. I was so shocked by the accusation that I even asked him to call the police if they genuinely believed any harassment had taken place, because I categorically rejected such an allegation and wanted an independent assessment. He immediately declined and explained that there was no complaint, only that the housekeeper had "felt" harassed. Instead of apologizing for the delayed room, the hotel chose to confront paying guests with a serious and unnecessary allegation. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry myself, I found this approach deeply unprofessional and disappointing.

loved our interactions with Smail, at the front desk, who was so incredibly helpful and kind to us
-
Extremely noisy at night until very early in the morning.
-
Very friendly and helpful staff Its completely over priced for what it offers. The rooms are tiny, you can't even open your suitcase anywhere other than on the bed. Everything is tinny. Good design but too expensive for what you get.

Cleanliness, staff and room decor and quality of towels and robe Some nights the streets were noisy

The hotel was centrally located. We could walk most everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was modern with flare. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym didn’t open until 8am.

The hotel and our room were beautifully appointed. The fragrance and bath products were our favorite. Of course, the location was excellent, close to so many things including the metro. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The cost of breakfast was way more than it should have been. We knew that it was not included at booking, but decided to purchase it the first morning after arrival. Our "terrace" afforded us an amazing view, but required a lift-up window to access. This was not easy for an elderly person!

Great location! It was a great place to be away from touristy locations but in the heart of the city. Easy walk to metro and we were able to grab Ubers easily. We loved being near many local restaurants and stores. Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly! It was perfect for our first time in Paris.
