Centrally located, walking distance to major metro subway and rail lines. Walking distance to Lourve. Clean and nicely maintained. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, they made you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Location was great, staff were very helpful, and the room good sized. The shower was in a very thin bath tub and hard for an older couple to enter and exit.

Friendly and helpful desk staff, location Difficult to access room (large set of stairs after elevator with baggage, baby and stroller) Difficult to access property by car (had to walk 15+ mins with all of our luggage to get to our airport taxi booked by the hotel) Very small room, threadbare old carpet, air conditioning almost not working Basically, didn’t look like its photos, and we were disappointed for the cost.

Location is amazing and I loved the style and aesthetic of the hotel. Lift is very small, didn't fit 2 ppl and small carry on luggage. Stairs even after taking the lift so not ideal if you have mobility issues.

The reception staff were very helpful and super friendly. The room was cozy and comfortable, The location was beyond amazing. Very active area close to everything. The carpet in the halls and room was worn and could use cleaning or replacement. It was not a turn-off but there was definitely room for improvement.
