Very polite and helpful personnel. Perfect spot.

It was a bummer there was no AC because it was very hot while we were staying.

No issues

Room was spacious with big windows to let in plenty of natural light. No lift, and stairs are narrow, but they took our bags up to the room!

Great location, updated room, helpful staff, and a good price. Everyone who worked there was really helpful with any query we had and went above and beyond to help my mom which was much appreciated! They also brought up our bags which was nice.

The room was clean and good value for the money and in a fantastic location. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to offer advice, places to see, train routes etc to get around. We would book here again and highly recommend this to other traveler's especially for the first time in Paris. Restaurants in abundance a few meters away! Up a few flight of stairs

Everything was fine, the staff is very friendly and always available if you have any questions! Location is perfect. Our room was being cleaned everyday.

The room and the location The airport pick up did not happen so I had to take a taxi to the hotel which cost me 65 euros

Really good location, place was really confortable and staff was polite.

The location was excellent, being in a quiet side street metres away from an area with a wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, supermarkets etc. The metro station Châtelet – Les Halles with the direct train to the Paris CDG airport was 15 minutes walk with other stations (Sentier and Bonne Nouvelle) also close. The room was modern and along with the service could not be faulted while the owner was very helpful and engaging. Being an older building, just take care on the narrow and slightly uneven stairs.

Big shower, great location No elevator, stairs had no light at night

The location was perfect and the staff were excellent. The mattress could have been better, and the walls between the neighboring guests are thin. The stairs are tricky but it is to be expected with an old building.

Staff was wonderful and we were about to meet Madam Zora, who the hotel is named after. She’s lovely ! Also the man at reception helped carry our luggage up the many steps to our room. The location was great for going to a variety of stores restaurants etc. We’re older in age and the 18 steps to reception then 19 more to our room was a challenge doing it a couple of times a day

Very good location for a reasonable price

Room was clean, they change the towels every day and had good bed. It was pleasant stay. Locasion is really good for sightseeing, it is in the middle of really busy tourist zone, and yet it is quiet to sleep in the night.

Staff was very nice! Very centrally located. Close to many different metros had no problem traveling around Paris. The bed was very soft. I really liked the hotel and the charm and location however, the narrow staircase going up to the room was a bit tiresome. Also, there is no A/C in the room and we went in the summer and it was pretty warm which made the nights difficult.

Very well located, excellent value for money, friendly staff People with big luggage might struggle on the tiny stairs and lack of lift, wasn’t a problem for me with carry on luggage

Very clean, recently remodeled, nice big shower that you can move around in, and a large diameter shower head. People were very nice and helpful. Do not be scared of 1 star rating. It just means no elevator, no breakfast, no real lobby. Literally a few steps away from one of Paris' great pedestrian streets. Stairs are very skinny, small and steep with some uneven risers. That's the only thing I didn't like.
