Good location Horrible service, dirty, loud, hot

Excellent location in the heart of Paris, very convenient for walking to restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions. The apartment/building itself was nice and well situated for exploring the city. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. During our stay the temperature reached around 32°C, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially at night. We had to keep the windows open to cool the room, but the street noise outside was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. Despite of portable fans being provided, it was not enough for the temperature. The property should provide better cooling alternatives such as portable AC units during warm weather.

Great communication and instructions for entry. Lots of codes for different doors.

It was close to everywhere! I only got rides to and from airport. I walked everywhere else!

I'd liked the location and the price. The fan about the bed didn't work. Windows didn't open up to the outside. Zero air circulation. We also had to use the shower's body wash to wash our hands for the bathroom sink.

Cleanliness and space

Location was good. Beds were comfortable.. Fridge was not cold and we specifically booked for the fridge as we had medication we needed to keep refrigerated. Freezer was completely frozen over. Instructions for stove top and tv were outdated and belonged to a different tv and stove top. Communication with hosts were quick, but the information kept changing so was very confusing. No kettle in the room even though it was advertised as a fully equipped room. Stuffy and hot.

I still don't get the fact that there is no any option to store your luggage for a couple of hours and you need to look for a place with your luggage.

Excellent location, great bistros and shops in the back streets. Very comfortable apartment.

Location was great! There was a speciality coffee machine in which pods were not provided, if no coffee provided have a regular coffee machine. Asked for bathroom soap on first day - they kept saying it was coming, upon check out after four nights did not get the soap. Amenities in room are sparse. Someone else said - too many codes to remember. City tax amount just add to room rate.

Great location and compact mini appartement. Know that you will need to climb up steep steps and you will have some noise from the street, but as expected in this busy location.

This was a great little apartment in a central location that was perfect for a dad and his two daughters (12 and 9). Lovely big windows, loads of light, comfortable beds and decent breakfast boxes left outside the front door every morning at an early hour which meant we could get out and sightsee without being impacted. The one gripe we had - and this may have been due to the fact it was Valentines Day in the interim - I emailed and WhatsApped (on the numbers provided) to get the apartment freshened up (cleaning of bins, fresh sheets, toilet rolls etc) but this was clearly ignored for 30 odd hours, and only replied to on the morning we were due to check out. Apologies were given but no reason provided for why those repeated requests were simply ignored from the night before Valentines Day until the mid-morning after. Overall, a good apartment, great location and comfortable stay - we would stay again but perhaps we would need to be more forceful with our cleaning requests.

Check in was a bit of a hassle since the room cleaning wasnt finished til 4:00pm we had to wait almost an hour to check in. However, they offered us a compensation which is good. Theres no lift so if you have heavy luggages, you might want to take it slow going up and down. Hotel is near louvre which is great. Check in is easy

No lift .It is on 3rd floor.was very difficult to carry luggage on stairs.

Location. Easy to find and simple instructions to enter the property Very small and a little dirty. Was expecting a smaller place but really small for a family of 4. Strange layout
