The bathroom was dated and not up-keeped. There were mold and water damage around tiles and the boarders and floor. The design of the shower was bad with no door, so all the water ran out causing the water damage. Lighting is not enough throughout the room, esp in the dining area and in the bathroom. The neighborhood was not very safe. There were a couple homeless stayed near the hotel.

The location was convenient for our travels. Pleasant front desk staff. Clean comfy room. It was a nice place. A sofa would have been a nice addition but not a big deal

The location, which was exactly what we needed, the staff. The bathroom and kitchenette could have been better, more comfortable.

The kitchen facilities are great with all the necessary things for cooking. Super clean and warm.

The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located near several metro and bus lines. It is situated in a highly attractive area of Paris, both for cultural activities and nightlife. We had a very enjoyable stay. The only point I would critique is that some aspects of the infrastructure seemed a bit fragile, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. This is perhaps an area for improvement, but overall, I believe it is a good option in terms of value for money.

We very much appreciated the small kitchen and all cooking/cutlery supplies we needed. Super bonus is that they provide dish soap and drying towels. The bath towels were also oversized and much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and my sister and I both felt safe once we were in the building. This hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Gare de L'Est which was convenient for exploring Paris. The front desk staff were very kind. The entrance to this hotel is down an alleyway that felt sketchy at night (dark, smelling of urine, etc.). Limited storage space in the (small) room - I highly recommend the facility add hooks to the walls (both bathroom and bedroom) for additional places to hang items.

The reception staff were very polite and always ready to help. The room was decent, and although the bathroom was quite small for two people, it was fine for a short stay.

The area around the hotel was not very nice.

It was in a good location. There was a fire alarm upon arrival, people evacuated. The lift was broken, there was garbage all over our floor, and the air conditioning was broken when it was nearly 37 degrees

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very quiet.

I liked the central location, and the room was clean and tidy upon arrival. The gentleman who attended to us on arrival was really helpful The air con did not work. Our (adult) son was staying in another room, and he mentioned to front desk that air con was not working. They said it was an issue for the engineer and it would be attended to the following day. Nothing was done and air con did not work for the 3 nights we were there. We mentioned this on departure, and the front desk denied all knowledge of knowing there was an issue. Other than that, the place was fine for what we needed.

Friendly staff. Good location. Sound - Sound insulation for the room was not the best. I can hear conversations from guests in the next room. Bathroom - Door "handle" was not clean, and the bathroom was very small. I am about 6 foot tall. My knees would come in contact with the door while sitting on the toilet.
