Location- great staff ; all of them ! comfort and cleanliness - AC perfectly balanced Nice and fun decoration in the room Breakfast could have been better Absolutely flavorless cheese (a pity in France!) Arrived at 10 on a Sunday and there was no more brioche or fruit cake - two baskets were empty and never refilled, no more apple juice not refilled either - no one there to ask for..

Great location near Gare de l'Est and subway station. Comfy room. Very clean. Friendly people. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are a bit small.
-
Bathroom is insanely very small and dark, but the location from Garde L'Est is very good. Very small bathroom and the darkness of the room. Should add more lights.

Staff was very helpful and there were drinks available 24 hours. Room was small and no hair dryer.

Great location Good breakfast Kind staff. Aircon and luggage storage before check in and after check out is provided. Gives a basic motel feel for the rooms as the rooms are smaller but for Paris , given the location and price point, I think it’s great value stay Since it’s on the side streets, has a very strong urine smell in the entrance. And might feel little anxious to walk but it’s just 2 mins walk from the Main Street.

The location was very good and the room was clean. Breakfast was also good. The hotel room itself was a huge disappointment. One of the strangest experiences. The pictures and description do not correspond to reality at all - at least not for this room (especially the bathroom). It was not possible to open the curtains during the day, because window opened directly into a very-very small courtyard, from which the hotel staff worked or even sat right in front of the window. It was definitely not a city view :) There is not even a small closet for storing clothes - there was a small rod for hanging outerwear. The bathroom was flooded after taking a shower. I recommend that the hotel add something to the equipment that the customer can use to dry the bathroom. If this room or other similar rooms differ from other hotel rooms, it would be fair to sell them separately and with a description that corresponds to reality. Then client can make an informed choice.

Hotel was overbooked and we were moved to another hotel. Rude staff who weren’t helpful or sympathetic to the situation.

24h desk service. Location close to Gare de l'Est. Small lobby and rooms. However enough, if the plan is to visit the city instead of being inside.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms could have been cleaner. Expensive for size of room but i suppose expected in Paris. Breakfast was acceptable but tables were not cleared and tables dirty. I have stayed in alot of Ibis Styles hotels and this was not as good as the others.

The room was simple but had everything we needed for a short stay. There was a carafe of water and a TV but no kettle. There is a separate room for the shower and toilet, too, not the frosted glass like some of the Ibis do. The breakfast had a good range of food and drink too. I liked juice from the freshly squeezed orange juice machine! And it is the first time I have had a 'fill your own tea bag' option. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The cartoon doodle style wall art wasn't to my taste, but you couldn't see it when the lights were off!
