Bathroom and room size

While room is small, it has everything that needed. Aircon works well and every nice stay for the money. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom screen is only half the bathroom so water from shower always end up on the bathroom floor. Leaving clothes on the floor always get wet. The bath tub is quite high and there is no handrail to assist in getting in and out of hte tub.

Room was good, bed comfortable and A/C worked very well. Also super sound proof from street noise and blinds kept light out. Great room! A little small but it describes it as such so can’t blame it. Only negative was one day we were settling in for a rest and the fire alarm went off. We got dressed and went downstairs in a semi-panic to find the security worker (NOT an employee of the hotel) telling us they are doing a systems test. We absolutely should have been notified about this test when we checked in just a few hours earlier.

One thing to improve would be the air quality; I noticed a persistent odor in both the common areas and my room, which was a bit disappointing.

Location and ease of check-in. The staff were all exceptional. Truly wonderful people! The bathroom could’ve been a little better…shower wand was a little funky.

The room had a view and deck! Really great view The check in was late and the staff was not good. And my reservation came with breakfast included but the staff said I would have to pay extra for it. They were just not friendly.
