The rooms were great! People were very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was fantastic because of the team ranging from the front desk to the chefs and the team taking care of the breakfast or even the room service team.
-
Very elegant hotel with excellent service. The staff was very helpful, especially Ben the bartender. Rooms were very clean everyday and the massages great. Nothing
-
Very nice hotel, neighborhood really nice & quiet while accessible to many places. Breakfast at rooftop with Eiffel Tower view was amazing and food is really good. Room was big enough vs other hotels in paris.

The breakfast on the top of the hotel with a view of the Eiffel Tower is something every guest should experience .A very nice way to begin the day , a quiet atmosphere and excellent food. Nothing

We appreciated the kind staff and the breakfast was very nice. They accommodated me by arranging for gluten free bread. The spa area was clean and relaxing. The room was comfortable with good beds and shower products. We did not like how dark the room was. It lacked adequate lighting. We also didn’t appreciate how they refused to refund us for the first night when we accidentally booked it. When booking months in advance, I tried to update the booking check in to the day after it was booked for because I forgot to account for the time change. Due to it being a non refundable stay, they did not accommodate this request. This resulted in me paying 700€ more for no reason. For a 5 star hotel, this feels greedy and like bad service.

Rooms werent so tidy and clean

Property was very close to Eiffel Tower. There are a lot of restaurants, bakeshops and grocery stores. The location is very safe and walkable to the nearest metro station. The staff were very pleasant and nice. We felt special and so welcome. None

The room was very small. There were teenagers running up and down the hall late at night.

The One Alma Paris is an absolutely amazing place. We showed up and everything was taken in and brought promptly to our room for us. We were greeted by Omar and Segolene (2 of the hardest working hotel front end workers EVER) with 2 glasses of Champaign and a very warm conversation about sights to see and adventures to be had. when we retired to our room there was a hand written note on behalf of the hotel along side a small sampler of chocolates and a bottle of SPARKLES AND 2 glasses. On each nightstand next to the bed was a very nice bottle of water and a rocks glass. The hotel provides 2 very comfortable robes and disposable slippers (super comfy). Being our 20th anniversary I made the hotel aware in advance and they really went all out, with small treats send up on the night of our anniversary. As well as just the nicest hotel service I’ve ever had. The hotel is located extremely close to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine river (1 block from the Seine and 2-3 blocks from the tower. Nothing. Perfect. (I’m pretty picky)

Nice room with a spacious bathroom

The Junior Suite we booked at the last minute was a terrific value. The room was large, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was great - with both a shower stall and tub, and a separate wc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very good - not far from dozens of tony shops and fabulously expensive hotels and restaurants. We also received a certificate for two free kirs at the rooftop bar - which unfortunately we did not have a chance to redeem. I would definitely consider returning on my next trip to Paris. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Location, and how beautiful the decor and small details they put into the overall hotel. Also the people and the service was great, all of the staff. Room was a little small, but that's a Parisian thing.

The room is very dark even during the day. For a 5 star hotel I missed more availability for room service (once I tried to order food 9:40pm and they said they couldn’t do it because the service ends at 10pm. Also tried to get a bottle of wine and they couldn’t provide because the bar was closed). Also the bathroom the faucet is really bad, spill a lot and get you all wet, and the sink is all curved so compromise the space to keep amenities.

The room is bit dark.

Great location, close to Eiffel Tour

Great location Nothing
-
Great location, friendly & accommodating staff, excellent amenities, good-size room that was quiet
-
The gym is a bit not functional - threadmill not comfy to run (though I could run outdoors at the riverbank which was excellent), free weights are 10 kg maximum, not too many machines

The staff was incredible! The concierge service was helpful to book the tours and things we wanted to do. And everyone was so kind and incredibly attentive! Big thanks to Urisse for all of your help! Rui, Louis, Clara and Dominique were also so kind in helping us with our room and freezing some things for us to take home. And the rooms are beautiful! Nothing!
