Had the most amazing time at this hotel. Thanks to Tom and Omar who were exceptional in helping us around Paris during this stay. I cannot explain how amazing the one night I spent in Paris was. I stayed in many hotels in Paris, this has been my absolute favorite. I will most certainly stay there next time in Paris. The service has been beyond exceptional, never experienced this level of care and dedication before. Location is also perfect.

The breakfast was exceptional. Paul, from the butler staff was superb. Our room was beautiful, looked brand new and provided us with more than we needed. Our reception was likewise urbane. That we couldn't stay longer!

The location is on a quiet side street, but very walkable to great shopping and restaurants. The heat was not working in our suite and it was quite cold in late December. Additionally, the room service menu was very limited and the quality of food we received was quite poor. The dining room was not available to us as it was Christmas Day and was not open that evening.

Just 11 Rooms.. you feel pure comfortable and private. Buttler Team works totally perfect. Restaurant stuff was alittle bit more distant and cold. They should be blanced.

Comfortable beds, quality decor, nice environment Staff was so apologetic, but never able to resolve any issues. They lost three very rare bottles in my room and the so-called 30-year-old Japanese whiskey didn’t taste or look remotely anything like 30-year-old Japanese whiskey.

great location, nice building and facilities, lovely staff who were all attentive, welcoming and warm. every staff interaction was positive and a reflection of top service. wonderful to have the convenience of contacting the concierge via Whatsapp for various requests. the room service selection was shockingly poor, especially for a hotel at this price point and star level; the pizza and the fries were awful - lacking all the elements that most people love about pizza and fries.

The property and room was absolutely beautiful. It was authentic Parisian in style and exuded elegance and sophistication. The beds were absolutely bliss to sleep In and the room magnificent. Much bigger room than other hotels at the same price point. The staff were exceptional, a huge thank you to Paul who went above and beyond throughout our stay! The cake, spa credit and champagne throughout our stay were such kind gestures and really made it special. We have stayed near this hotel before and it our previous hotel was no where near as good. The price tag is high but Paris is more generally. It is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in, and will not hesitate to book again in the new year. Thank you for a wonderful birthday stay, and for your hospitality! Nothing! Beautiful.
