The staff are WONDERFUL there!!!! The room was spacious and the mattress was good. The family suite bathroom needs privacy not a see thru glass! It was full of mold in there and had a musty smell. I would recommend a dehumidifier and a fan installed.

Great location near public transit and walking distance to lots of places. Staff had some odd comments to us but it’s common that the French do not like Americans.

Great and friendly staff. A bit disheveled. Some water leaks from window and bathroom door was worn out. In the bath the shampoo was watered down.

Cleanliness was not great. Hotel is old and can really use a big renovation project. Rooms are small too. Parking was listed but not available. Overall the total score of the hotel seems quite overrated.
