No AC in the room just a very very small fan.

I liked the fact the the receptionist solve my situation of anclean room. I didn't like the fact that I was given a dirty room. But as soon as the receptionist found out, he bumped me up to a nicer and better located room ✅

The staff was kind and helpful. It’s close enough to a metro station, despite not being centric. On check-in the room wasn’t well cleaned and the shower drain was a bit clogged. I had the bad luck of going to Paris in a heatwave and surviving it with the fan that the property makes available was a torture.

The location is good, the hotel is near a metro stop and some restaurants that are good but not expensive. The price was fine, but next time I would pay more or stay somewhere a little outside the city. There is always someone at the front desk. I was able to store my luggage when I arrived early. The street was quiet at night, despite being in an area with many students. The wifi works well. The room was dirty. Hairs on the bed, in the shower. The shower was very small. It was impossible to raise my hands to wash my hair or lower them to wash my feet without hitting wall and the shower curtain. The room is so small that there is barely floor space to set your bag down. The woman at the desk did not bother to pause her phone call, which seemed to be personal, while checking me in. The worst part is that there is no a/c. You have a small fan. If you are elderly, have young children, or your health is even a bit fragile, you should absolutely not stay in this hotel between May and September.

I wish I knew my room "had" an Eiffel tower view. Found it on the last day, when leaned over the window. LOL.

Good place for a short stay

The room was clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a longer stay. The elevator was broken. The desk staff did help me to carry my very heavy bag up and down the stairs, though. The location, while safe, wasn’t all that convenient.

The hygiene was pretty good, the bathroom was clean, the toiletries were also cleaned, and the facilities (shampoo and some samples were available.

The lift was broken. We stayed 3 nights and non of the days we saw that they were trying to fix it. Not recommended at all for old people. Too much stairs and not lift! Also the lady at reception was rude and no paciente at all, the man that works at night was nice.

Elevator didn't work and the thing that holds the shower head up didn't wanna hold all that well. Room is fine if you don't have much luggage otherwise pretty cramped.

Close to metro to get to city center fast A little small but who wants to stay in room when in Paris

It a good value for the money. Great location near the latin quarter. And to the other side there is a big mall and small cafes. The shower was too small to wash comfortably. I’m 184 cm tall and could barely fit, if you are bigger than me it will be difficult.

Location Breakfast

Unfortunately, in February the heating in my room didn’t work, at least during my stay. The radiator had a digital display, but it wasn’t functioning at all, it looked as if it wasn’t even on. The room temperature never went above about 17–18°C. The hot water also ran out after roughly 10 minutes. I could overlook the small room size, that was fine, but in the bathroom, after taking a shower, water inevitably spilled onto the floor and there was no proper drain. Water would just sit there and wouldn’t run off anywhere. The staff didn’t really speak English, or only very poorly, so communication was possible only with a few basic words.

I didn’t really spend much time at the hotel but it was clean and the room, though small, but was perfect for one person. The neighborhood is quiet, the hotel was quiet, so I had a good sleep. The staff was very sweet. I left my luggage in the morning till the check in time, and they had no problems with it. They also helped me with some medical stuff, so thank you!

Very close to metro station, free luggage storage until check-in, private bathroom with towels and toilet paper (don't take those for granted in France!) I used the complementary hair/bodywash for hand soap, no big deal. At 3am if you're up, the lovely scent of baking bread will be a nice surprise. I was in a tiny, single bed room that was very comfortable. I had one window and moved the bed a little so I could open it and enjoy the breeze. I loved the front desk woman, she was very nice. I would stay here again if traveling solo. There wasn't actually anything I did not like. I didn't notice there was no refrigerator when booking so that's my fault for expecting it. There is an elevator for luggage only so keep that in mind. You'll need to hump your gear up the spiral stairs if your room is not on the actual ground floor (which exists in a grey counting zone in France).
