A Lovely Stay in Paris and XO hotel We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had four rooms booked between seven of us. The hotel was lovely, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Adrian at reception was warm, friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent, and the room service was great after each day we would return to a lovely tidy room. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The hotel also has two lifts, which was very convenient, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, especially as we visited during warm weather. The breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice and everything tasting fresh and delicious with a good range of pastries bread scrambled eggs fruit yogurts cheese cereals and much more. One particularly thoughtful service was that breakfast could even be requested in the room if we weren’t able to go downstairs, which was incredibly convenient. The location was perfect for exploring Paris. It was around a 25 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, with local restaurants and supermarkets just a five-minute walk away. The nearest metro station was also only about an eight minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to get around. Overall, this hotel really helped make our stay in Paris special. Excellent cleanliness, fantastic staff, great facilities, a brilliant location, and wonderful service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

Staff made check in and check out easy. helpful and friendly and leant me a travel plug when I forgot mine . Room was clean and comfortable and included coffee/tea That breakfast was an extra cost and only a non cancellable option so would be wary to book into the future in case of business changes

Very clean and modern. Excellent facilities in the room and high quality products such as rituals products in the bathroom. We had adjoining rooms which was great for our family with children. The staff were excellent and very friendly and welcoming. Location was great for us - around a 10 mins walk from Arc de Triumph but not too close that it was noisy or busy for us it was the perfect location. The surrounding area was very nice and safe. The only thing I would say is breakfast isn’t great if you’re vegetarian as there aren’t many options in the cooked section that aren’t meat options. There is a cafe almost opposite however that sells amazing pastries and hot drinks and juice for breakfast as an alternative which is very well priced so we ate there most mornings. Overall a great hotel and would definitely stay again. Nothing we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

It is close to everything. The lounge has free coffee and water, and other drinks for purchase. Nothing!

A very clean property and lovely staff. This hotel will definitely be where I will stay anytime I visit Paris. Nothing negative to report.

Location was great. Close to metro and a easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe, where you can also get metro. There was a market and lovely bakery around the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions and directions. Would definitely stay here again. Not Applicable

Rooms are comfortable and clean Nothing

I got a nice size room, with a good size bathroom and queen bed. The room had mini bar, which was extra if used. A bottle of water was free every day, plus free coffee and tea in the room. A/C worked pretty well. Room was very cleaned and taken care of daily. The hotel was very quiet and located about 10 min walking from The Triumph Arc. There is a nice cafe right across the road and an amazing restaurant called "Il était une oie dans le Sud Ouest" just 2 minutes walking. The breakfast was simply amazing, especially crepes and fresh fruits. Special thank you to Katya, who was absolutely amazing at mapping attractions and suggesting awesome food places. One more thank you to Mondáy, who works in a hotel's cafe and was very friendly and pleasant to deal with (as the entire breakfast staff). Wifi was a bit slow. Scrambled eggs need to be addressed and seasoned or overall cooked differently. They are too plain and lack flavor. Coffee machine kept malfunctioning, but they have 2, so it wasn't a big deal. Beware of the hotel's manager Itziar. Don't let her fake smile fool you. She is as cold as they get and will be polite, while deny you most basic request and simple accommodation, which literally cost her nothing. The owners of the hotel are way better off promoting someone like Katya to manage this property.

Excellent option. Nice, chic small hotel, well positioned in a quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants and 2 metro lines. Reception staff very helpful The service at the breakfast was very unorganized. Staff were running all the time but somehow they couldn’t keep up with cleaning the tabels and making refill for the food that had finished

Lovely hotel, nice safe area walkable to places. Very friendly staff. A particular shout out to housekeeping, who were brilliant about helping with things like extra hangers and the ironing board. I kicked myself for not having got breakfast as part of the booking. (I overlooked it and it looked lovely.) The lounge area with the free hot drinks and iced water was very welcome though. (A suggestion to the hotel. Don’t have the kettle full of water but refill it partly throughout the day because when you are trying to make a small cup of tea in the morning, you have to wait a long time for the whole kettle to boil, which is inefficient.) Bed was nice and big but took up most of the room - if you want to read at the table, make sure that you are the person sleeping on the same side as the bed otherwise you are constantly making the person at the table move to reach your own side as you unpack. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work, which meant that after a shower the mirror was too steamed up to be usable. It also didn’t make it pleasant to follow somebody else into the bathroom, if you know what I mean. My husband used the wine vending machine and only got a tiny bit of red wine out of it. He didn’t say anything to staff because he thought that was just how it came but in retrospect we think possibly the bottle of the wine came from was empty.
